Thanks for the great video, got a low stakes job for an 07 Range Rover next week and watching this has really helped me out.
Great job. Thanks
Very nice
Thank you
Great video, good job, I'll like to ask if it works for Range Rover Sport 2010(keyless entry), I had BCM, KVA, ECU replaced as a whole unit from aftermarket, car would start but remote don't work
Thanks for the video, worked out perfect.
Excellent
Great video 👍
Just did a 2005 discovery with the Identical BCM (cem). I went through the IMMO side, I was able to do it without the car there. It surprised me. Usually, when the car isn't there it won't let you explore menus. It did in this case. so, in the future I will always try it. I was able to do all of those functions with a detailed instruction from pushing the blue Information button on the right within the immo menu. I wish you would hve told them how hard removing that capacitor, it's so small.
P.S. this is mike from Indy. Liogged in on the work account.
Hey Mike! yes, definitely small components! Yes, this is one of the few vehicles it allows you to do this option from both programmer side and IMMO side, also I must add it is a pain to remove this bcm and install it!
Thanks for this great video. How did you know it should be a 7936? I have an original one but it is a 7941.
This diagram doesn’t have the 10 ohms connected to 2 wires. I’ve seen some it needs it. Does it matter ?
I'm new
How do you connect wire to bcm? What hold them in bcm
Did you also remove the T1 ?
NICE!
I tried one last week. The bcm is a little bit frustrating to get out. My bcm would not read. I thought it was just me so I sent it off to get it done. They could not read either. The dealer will take it from there. Any ideas of what you can do when all fails?
Great video. As for the T1 component than needs to be removed, what happens if it is not removed? I tried without removing it and it worked!, Thanks a lot
DO YOU KNOW WHATS THE NUMBER / size of the resistor t1. my t1 not looking in goof condition.
Removed T1. Read and saved file after I keep have chip answer error
Do you have superchip from vvdi ?
Yes I do
Part 2 video up? did the remote work?? why is there not a Range rover flip key with a 7936 chip installed?
I don't know if I pinned it but there was a bug on programmer side of im608, should be done on immo side and will accept the key
@@globalcommerce7654 ohhh, so eeprom dump and load info via "programmer" and then add key and upload info back to CEM using IMMO? did the remote work too with the 7941 chip installed?
Thank you
Please I need the location of BCM inside car
Behind glovebox
I have a 2006 Range Rover sport all keys lost can u help me plz?
You'd have to send me your bcm. Email me globalcommerceca@gmail.com
I sent you an email concerning this process. Thank you in advance for your time.
I'll try to get to it shortly, we receive a lot of messages
Can any one help me lost all keys to my 2006 range rover sport and at to brake into it to get it home and rang around to no end
Where are you located?
I've programmed pcf7936A chip all read good and wrote it back successfully. Verified again and showing key number there. But when I plug the cem back to the car it's not detecting key. Any advise? Do I need to use PCF7936 without A at the end or chip is fine I'm doing something else weong? This is the second time I'm having trouble with this car. Please help.
I don't know if I pinned it but there was a bug on programmer side of im608, should be done on immo side and will accept the key.
The original key/ chip is the correct one.
I did it on immo side. Is it something to do with transponder chip? I used PCF7936A I couldn't find a chip without A at the end.
Or do u mean PCF7941 is the correct one?😮
@@TastyBites781 watch the video again, the original key I used is correct, I used alternative chip because of an error on programmer side, it will accept the original key on immo side, if car doesn't recognize key after you may have another issue, I have a video coming up on the immo system of this car, the cluster is the main gateway of immo comms..
Thank you so much for reply. I was really struggling with this. I don’t understand why autel says we need pcf7936. This is the second time I’m having trouble with this car. I now believe that I was supposed to use original key chip pcf7941 doesn’t matter what autel says. Thank you so much for clarifying again u are a life saver.
Did the key worked on the car ?
Car had a different communication issue to pcm, also ORIGINAL key worked and programmed through immo function, there's a bug on programmer side that doesn't accept key
Did you remove the T1 ship?
In most cases works without removing chip
@@globalcommerce7654 what happen if I make try without removing T1 chip? It will not destroy anything? just programs won't let me read eeprom? Autel 608 diagram says need to remove
I have straight read chip failed with unfortunately
@@PavLockLocksmith check your soldering point extremely well
@@globalcommerce7654 I still have T1 on board.
Always just program a pcf7936
When eeproming bcm Then once everything up and running just program remote into car diagnostically (takes 2 minutes)
I can't find a remote that comes with the 7936 chip
