What you said about the bath makes sense. In her testimony she stated that he loved hot sauce, so she had to go online to find the hottest sauce to punish him with. The lawyer asked why she would even think of using hot sauce as punishment if he loved it. She was taking any pleasure he might have had and turning it into a form of torture. Truly unbelievable

She knew she was breaking him down for sure and hoped he may even commit sucide was an option.
I absolutely believe Paul possibly enjoyed hurting his brother. He was born to this evil mother who has just destroyed him. She has been abusing these kids since the day they were born. She was creating monsters. She could very well be lucky to still be alive herself because Paul would kill her eventually, in my opinion. Paul’s situation reminds me of Ed Kemper for sure. This is the worst of the worst what these parents have done to their children. I don’t support the death penalty except when kids are hurt. I think the death penalty should be automatic. Until we stop people who hurt and kill children this won’t stop. If we could make sure every child is raised in a loving and supportive home so much hurt would be erased from this world. Paul was made into what he is. I have no question about that. This case makes me so angry.
Her husband that had the stroke was also mentally impaired and was already in a wheel chair and could crawl up the stairs but after the stroke he could not crawl any more so he stayed with parents Paul was 20 when this happened so not sure why more emphasis is being put on him he was an adult when he did these things she was not supposed to have any of her minor children from 2011 and father had full custody and she o ly received 3 hours A MONTTH SUPERVISED VISITS so don’t know what she did but had to be bad his bio father didn’t want to deal with him any more and in may of 2021 said he was giving him to her or having him put in a hospital so custody was never transferred she wasn’t supposed to be near him at all !!!!!!

No. He wasn’t enrolled. She blamed the dad for that. She couldn’t get his records from his previous school so they wouldn’t enroll him. She also didn’t refill his meds or take him to the doctor because the dad never sent him the insurance card. She wasn’t legally allowed to have him is why she didn’t do those things. The dad is knowing in this situation. He should be on trial too. If Tim had come to her from a loving situation with his dad, Timothy probably would have fought back. Tried to escape. I believe when his parents were together they abused the kids and when they divorced they still abused the kids separately.
I saw all of the case, reminds me a little bit of Takoda Collins, whose father tortured and killed in2019,just five days before his eleveth birthday..... As a special needs parent we can have in home nursing or there are medical facilities they can go to. Personally both options are not ideal. Home health nurses are a hit and miss. In the year we had them we had over 5 nurses. One of which overfed my child through his feeding tube causing damage to the esophagus and stomach we just operated on. Another had NO IDEA how to reinsert his trach, thank God I was home when that happened. But these agencies send staff to your house that is not properly trained. I don't even want to mention the things that occur in the facilities. Regardless, there is no excuse for her actions. This poor child! The guilt his brother must feel should be horrendous and rightfully so.
I watched her son Paul testify and all I can say is we are witnessing The Making Of A Murderer . I pray that Paul can get the help he needs but right now he has no business being in society. He isn’t as emotionless as his mother but you can see the damage she has done to me. Putting him in prison isn’t the answer for this young man. I feel he’s being victimized again being on that stand but understand why he is in that stand. I would think her attorney has to feel like a POS attacking him like he did. Unreal. I’ve never seen anything like this case, like this mother. Ed Kemper and some other killers come to mind but even Ed Kemper feels emotions. His emotions are messed up but he has them. I remember him talking about his crimes like it was just an everyday thing. Paul has no concept of right or wrong in my opinion. Not really. He looks terrified.
She was into her own intelligence. You hear Paul echoing her words about himself, almost a fear of not being smart. Timmy would appear intellectually inadequate to her.

The older bro, was 19 and it seems for her part as she hade him complicent there was less chance he would out her. From Paul's side, he seemed to feel empowered by her making him a coparent.
