This summer I broke the news to my kids that in the US we say "the aughts" and in the UK they say "the noughties". They were repulsed by both terms. 😂 (Apparently they just say "the 2000s")
i watch all of these for Richard mostly, he is my absolute favorite, but I have to give it to Sarah Millican. Her ad libs are the BEST of the episode. "Is it a Thesaurus?!" Amazing.
I enjoyed the irony of Richard needing subtitles for Brokeback Mountain because of the thick accents...when I as an American was not even positive Kevin was speaking English throughout this episode.

Thanks for the upload! Just discovered this show on UA-cam and I was laughing so loud I woke up my husband in the next room. The UK seems to have so many really funny celebs!
The brackets in the title weren't necessary. People who know what "your mum" is about, recognise this specific edition of the quiz by Noel's outfit in the thumbnail. 😂😂
I recognizeddddd those adorable boyssss omg theyre so big nowwwwwww. Just love seeing them grow up so beautifully omg, would love to give them a hug if i could. Thanks for making one of the cutest video moments ever, its one of my fave "early internet" moments ❤❤❤
I wonder if those children from Mitchell Brook primary school know they are properly hilarious.......Could you tell them we said so??? More of them, please. In a just world they would all be stars when they grow up.
They're not random people, they're famous comedians. The joke at the beginning about them searching through millions of people to find them was just an obscure joke.
Never going to believe that was a wardrobe malfunction given the fact she was wearing a silver nipple tassel. How many of you are walking around with nipple tassels on right now in place of a bra or other supportive gear ..... Exactly
The fun thing about the mystery guest segment in this one is that the younger kid looks like he's so tired of the world talking about that time he bit his brother. Just fully sitting there like -_-
Well, since development of the iphone is purported to have begun in 2005. And since the iphone could easily replace the ipod (and has done) and also be essentially the first hand held computer (and still is a forerunner) ... I'd say on balance Sugar was right, but I'm sure not alone in thinking that either! Everyone in the mid noughties knew mp3 players and such were becoming redundant, but they were cheep as well, still are!
UK game show participants show wit, in America they have to spin a wheel! It's like, their best comedians the last 80 years came from Oxford and Cambridge, ours came from Brooklyn.

One of the few moments when Richard's true voice comes out and I love that it's for "your mum" jokes.
Noel is the only person I believe didn't know where they were for a year.
Not only that, but I believe him when he says he doesn't know where he was that morning.
Noel could appear anywhere and I'd accept it
Stephen King doesn't even remember writing Cujo because he was on so much drugs
He was the only one who pulled at the dinner party.
@@mloxardIs it possible that David Bowie wrote Cujo and Steven King recorded Station to Station?
Richard and Noel are my favorite combo, I need them on every game show.
They are like the opposite kind of nerd and I'm all here for it
130%.
It was adorable how Noel and Jimmy engaged the kids
The giggles about Baboons 😀
His laugh made my toddler cry. That’s the first time I’ve ever seen him genuinely terrified. Nice one, Jimmy!
thats iconic
I'm here for Hot Shame and the Indoor Kites.
who could forget their hit single Chainmail After Shave?
I liked some of their longer songs such as The Birds Know What They Did
It's my favorite band
Me too.
32:40 Burburry Indoor Kites on the tele...! 😆
What I wouldn’t give to experiencing watching the ‘your mum’ joke for the first time, I was crying so hard when I first saw that
Noel and Richard are just the most wonderful combo for a team. 🥰
Third time watching this episode, and "Was it your mum?" makes me laugh every time.
Richard asking those kids if they were ambivalent lmao
One of the best richard+noel episodes! Thanks for the high quality upload! 👍

Jimmy's laugh cracks me up
It’s crazy that they found these random people and they happen to be good at making jokes. Some tv show should hire them.

Hope a band comes along called Hot Shame and the Indoor Kites
That clip always made me feel like Charlie forgot how to let his brother's finger for a second. He was very young then.
I love watching these, but I wish the date of airing would be posted.
