The fact that you included Black Sabbath is so enduring and shows the commitment to your channel and followers. As always your reaction is always pure and unadulterated. I love that in you.
Hello Morenikeji, when I requested War Pigs by Black Sabbath which was released in 1970 I didn't expect it would have such a profound effect on you. This classic song reminds me of the book of Revelations from the bible and what is to come, the message is very deep and relates to world history and more so now then ever in my opinion. Your raw emotions help define your true humanity and recognizing our common interests as a people, no matter what part of the world we come from. I loved your reaction and your sincereness, you are truly a beautiful person and I love your channel. Thank you for being so open minded by playing my request.
I was raised being told that Black Sabbath was evil. When I first heard this song, I was shell shocked by the intensity of the lyrics. It’s such a powerful anti-war song.
This song is considered one of the most powerful ANTI WAR songs ever recorded. I was never really into Black Sabbath, but this particular song is a MASTERPIECE🔥🔥🔥. The composition...the lyrics...the killer drums. Great stuff🎵 Rock music always delivers.
I love this song. I don't listen to it often but I feel it's important, and I'm glad it exists. Sabbath had an almost operatic sound to their melodies. Amazing that such powerful music could be made with only 3 instruments and Ozzy.
Ah Morenikeji, my poor, sweet, innocent baby girl (I know you’re not my baby girl it’s just an expression) I’m impressed you tried this. I assumed you’d hate it before you started but it’s good to see you branching out. And to appease your tender heart you’ll be pleased to hear it’s an anti-war song. The video has a rather totalitarian, Orwellian vibe which, sad to say, is always relevant. Black Sabbath by the way, from my own hometown of Birmingham, kind of invented heavy metal music. I’ll be interested to see if you watch any more
The song is nearly 50 years old. It came out long before the video era. The video, which I've never seen, was never a part of the legacy of the song. It looks fairly recent. Clearly the sound and imagery were a bit out of your comfort zone. Nevertheless, every now and again, it's good to go there. Was a good reaction vid.
Hello dear baby girl. In the beginning, you had a look that seemed to say, "OMG", what did I get myself into"? Kudos to you for hanging in there and giving the most sincere reaction I've ever seen. You are a beautiful soul!
Yes🥲. As of today, I don’t think I can confidently watch an official video from GunsNRoses or Metallica, I’d rather go with the live version. My sis on the other hand, has no problem with it😄. Many thanks💗💗💗
The first time I heard this song it scared the crap out of me. That can't be said about many songs. I didn't pick up on what it was really about until a few deeper listens. What this song is really about is probably scarier than any supernatural stuff I thought it was about.
All the English bands from this era, who were blitzkrieg babies (we didn’t have that it the states)…because young men during the Vietnam era…so War machine kept turning.,,,this song and vid is brilliant Your reaction was heartfelt and lovely
Great tune and a wonderful reaction! The video is not original or at all official, though it fits the anti war theme of the song! Black Sabbath pretty much invented Heavy Metal (along with Led Zeppelin and a few others), personally I am a metal fan, but I particularly like this earlier style best where the rhythm & blues influence is still prominent. All great musicians in the band, the drummer Bill Ward really shines on this one for sure!
Ooh I seeee, it really does fit the anti war theme of the song cause I wouldn’t have guessed that the video I saw isn’t the official video. Wow! Thank you☺️
That was quite raw - you did well to get through it!!! It's the first time I've seen it and it was powerful. it's great that you try all types of music :)
Hi Morenikeji, first time i have seen this video to a powerful anti-war song that i have known for a long time! It certainly was effective as it took you on an emotional ride and out of your comfort zone which is a good thing when exploring different genres of music!. Great genuine heartfelt reaction from you as always beautiful!
Morenikeji, you have tender heart and a wonderful soul This song is important, even now and the message never diminishes. I'm so glad you reacted to this
This song portraits the madness of war. We, the ordinary people being just bricks in a game the people in power play. The video is dark and hopeless, I guess. I'm an old Black Sabbath fan too and the music came out loooong before the video. To be honest I think this video takes away some from the music. But I guess that's what happens to popular music. Thanks for your reaction! 🌟
Black Sabbath became the band they were partly after seeing a long line for a scary movie at a theater and they thought if people would pay money to see scary movies, they would probably pay money to listen to scary music. The quest to make scary music was aided by guitarist Tony Iomi chopping off the middle two fingers of his fretting hand. One of the things he did to keep playing was tune down his guitar strings, which helped give the band a heavier sound.
Back when I was a kid, we called this "Hard Rock". The term "Heavy Metal" started to slip into our vocabulary with te release of Judas Priest's "Sin After Sin" album in 1977. Later we used it more and more, with the advent of "NWOBHM" (new wave of British heavy metal) in 1979 and 1980 with the rise of bands like Saxon, Iron Maiden, Tygers Of Pan Tang, Angelwitch, Diamond Head, Holocaust, Motorhead and some such.
Much like Pink Floyd's 'Animals' album , this song is a snub towards the "powers that be" which are constantly trying to control us. You did fine with your reaction BabyGirl.
Though regarded as Anti-(Viet Nam) War the song is not just about wars, it is about Evil itself. The “Darkness” of this song brings to light some humans propensity for death and destruction. To me, this is the greatest anti-war song ever. At least in the Western Hemisphere. Your tears were heart-felt on me. Wonderful reaction vid.
This music and lyrics of this song seem more serious than the slightly clownish images on Ozzy's albums. If Black Sabbath was just using the music to make a statement about evil, I would "buy" it totally but the band was aware of the power of music and symbolism. I am skeptical of musicians and their use of the subliminal. While expressing the evil in Man, they recognize the power of music to create chaos and release destructive impulses, the very thing they are singing about. The Stones used that power to heighten some incredible music. (I don't know. Just a thought.)

I'm not a metal fan and definitely not a Black Sabbath fan but to each his own. That was a pretty intense video. I often find people making videos of songs that weren't released as singles. Try it!
Obviously this song was intended to emphasize how terrible war is, and that wars are often started for nefarious reasons. It literally ripped the emotion out of you, baby girl. War is complete madness to a tender heart.

Sadly life is not an easy game but knows this, your pure heart and freshness is both a tonic and a reminder that the beauty of an individual soul can penetrate darkness and spread life light warmth and happiness.
It's a great tune from sabbath , may I suggest these ,run to the hills by iron maiden ,working man by rush, since you've been gone by rainbow , out in the cold live by Judas priest ,have fun
Hi BBGrl! Wow! You jumped right into rock with both feet didn’t you? Lol! Great reaction! I recommend checking out some more AC/DC or maybe a few Aerosmith songs.

I'm hoping to feel better soon. Anyhow. I love you, keep doing what you do... Your an inspiration to many. Positive minds stick together. 😍😍😍
It is interesting to see someone react to this song for the first time that I first heard for the first time 52 years ago. Though most of your reaction was to the video rather than the music. This video is some ones interpretation of the song that they made 44 years after the release of the song. It is in no way an official representation of the song. When I first heard this song the visualization was in each individual listeners mind.
I feel like you need a hug, or at least a happy song to react to. Since you'd done the B-52's before, how about "Shiny Happy People" which is actually by REM but features Kate Pierson from the B-52;s (REM and the B-52s are both from Athens Georgia). Another happy song is "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves.
You've reacted to both Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. May I also suggest Deep Purple? They were also progenitors of heavy metal. Try "Child In Time", "Highway Star" or "Smoke On The Water".
The fact that you included Black Sabbath is so enduring and shows the commitment to your channel and followers. As always your reaction is always pure and unadulterated. I love that in you.
Thank you 🙏
Well said, great empathy in her
Paranoid is my favorite album from Black Sabbath. 50 years later I get the same feeling when I listen to it!👍

I saw Ozzie and Black Sabath in 1971 this is quite tame compared to Ozzie when he got snapped up!
I hope that you are feeling better. It seemed like you were going through a rough patch a little while back.
Please watch AC/DC let there be rock 1978 live Apollo…epic! 😊
It's life. For real.😎
You've reacted to both Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. May I also suggest Deep Purple? They were also progenitors of heavy metal. Try "Child In Time", "Highway Star" or "Smoke On The Water".
..I belivieve , You are one of few that understand this song.. it is an anti-war song.. ..thank You..
great reaction, raw emotion, hard to watch. Fanny be tender bee gees
Great hard rock. This piece was also performed very well by R.J.Dio.
Black Sabbath was perceived as a road to ruin but that was a statement from a UK government that had lost control of the metal heads
