I'm from Brooklyn, but I like to see him cover spots from these two neighboring states that also have lots of history, food and otherwise, because there's not enough footage of it online.

It's the water or it's the high levels of potassium bromate in the water after the city disinfects the water supply. This simple element is a chemical reagent and oxidizer conditioner of wheat flour dough, it allows the dough to become more elastic and helps the yeast rise the dough higher. I used to eat Heroes all the time when I went to visit my relatives in New York but being from Philadelphia I love Hoagies whatever you choose you can't lose

Been watching/following/supporting for couple years now and my dude iam glad you are seeing the success you deserve keep staying 💯 and authentic and putting a spot light on small business and for the realist city philly love to the family.
Looks really good! Seems a little dry. I prefer my cutlets, or anything breaded, on a softer "Amoroso" type roll. I tend to like deli meats on a softer roll as well(probably a Philly thing). However if the hoagie/hero is juicy, wet and oily then the strong crusty seeded rustic type roll is the way to go. The only thing worst than a soggy hoagie is stale bread. Fresh bread is a must either way you slice it!

Sandwich could feed 2. Technically 7$ a person and subway charges that for 6 inch.
I ordered delivery from there before, and each sub must be 2000 calories, which is like 4 Big Macs. And the ingredients are quality. I'm not saying you're wrong, but that's the defending side of the issue.
I always love a good deli because they really take pride in each ingredient. Those sandwiches look soo delicious. I love living vicariously thru you JL.

No better hero in New York City. And the price is reasonable once you take just one bite. I pay that much for a Blimpie Best in Bayonne, NJ (also voted the best heroes in NJ several years running). Go for the #106 Lou Costello. You won't be disappointed.

This spot is Legendary in the heart of Brooklyn Bensonhurst. Action Bronson hit this spot up on his show Fuck Thats Delicious and they ordered like 10 different sandwiches from there. and honestly $14-15 for one whole sandwich is a good price for New York cause in Philly a damn cheesesteak half that size cost $11. More Brooklyn spots reviews please !! and when you took the first bite of that roast beef your face and reaction was everything Bro HAHAHAH !!!!

I live in Ohio and u would think I would at least be able to get a good roast beef sandwich. Noop. Most sandwich shops around here they cut the beef so thick it’s like eating a slab of steak or roast on my bread. And the popular store chains are all the same ,EXCEPT Jersey mikes. but they keep cutting bk on the weight of their meat they put on their “Sammy’s”. If Jersey mikes would go bk to loading the sandwich bk up with meat it would be my go to all the time again.
