    I have a trx and iam wondering if i should buy the Glute ham glider?? It looks like I can do the same exercises with the straps?

    Be careful on doing this. Can cause rotator cuff , shoulder and bicep injuries. Painful!!! Believe me takes years to heal as i am on my third month of pain. Careful!!!😢
