Day 4- great upper body workout. Flight attendant here- the best time to step to the back of the plane is when they are doing the service. I'm base on the east coast of the US but if you ever are on one of my flights, you are welcome to do yoga anytime. ✈️

Made it through day 4 although I am finding it more challenging than the 21 day challenge. I’m 72 with osteopenia going to give myself Over 50 Fitness for Christmas. I’m so glad I found you!

Caught a nasty flu/cold beginning of December and it had me out commission till after Christmas! So I am now doing the challenge after Christmas 🎄. 70 yrs young and able to do those walk outs no problem!!!

That was a great arm workout! I am definitely feeling it. As for my legs from yesterday, I couldn't do the copenhagen's like they were supposed to, so I'm not feeling it in my inner thighs. However, my thighs are definitely telling me I exercised yesterday. 😂
