I have another question. I have turned everything I can find but the Pro 20 keeps lighting up for a notification (all) and also when Im on FB and post or like or whatever it makes a sound. Ive tried turning off notifications on FB as well and it still lights up. Even the media volume is turned right off it will still bing when I "like" a post. Its very annoying when in public or at night when Im trying to be quiet! lol Anyone else find a fix for these issues?

I didn't realise it supported turning on always on display, so that would probably be something I would suggest! Settings -> Security and Privacy -> Screen lock and Passwords -> Always display information

Phone is awesome but there's lot of bugs in software hope next update would fix them
You do a great job, keep it up!!!! In my country the phone is for sale. I had the note 8 but wanted to try something different. I'm very happy with it. The only thing that has disappointed me a little is the battery life. It dosen't seem as good as everybody says. Maybe my adjustments are off. If someone has any advice let me know.

I have found the music function really rudimentary compared with Samsung. Far less functional. You have to tap each song and add it to a playlist instead of adding it on the computer. And I have found (because I listen to audio books far more than music) that you have to treat each CD as an individual album. If I try to listen to a single artist the phone cannot differentiate between song numbers on the albums so it mixes them all up. Pretty frustrating when listening to an audio book while driving as you have to pull over to switch albums. The only work around I have found is to renumber all the tracks to sequential numbers throughout the whole book. Takes a lot of time and preplanning. I am enjoying the phone though as I switch from a Samsung Note 4. Pretty big leap technology wise
Download Blackplayer. I find it a really good music app since the stock one is very poor. Not sure how much of a difference audiobooks would make. But hopefully should sort by artist and keep the number order correct

I have just noticed, how is it that the phone manager shows over 20hrs of battery life left at 36% charge and over 2 days in ultra power saving? Mine says 15 hrs maximum at 100% charge, might it be an issue with my model?
Mine said 1 day 23 hours yesterday and today mine said 21 hours. I think the phone just doesn't have a fucking clue what it's on about 😂

There is a lot of stuff on YT about it but no audio instructions and most people are ripping through their video far too fast for an old fart like me...DOES THAT PRESENT AN OPPORTUNITY? Sure does

Can't understand how you with about 30% left you have 15hours and i have 18h with 84% ... this battery life is so different from one phone to another..
anticsdos its all upto your usage and settings. The background ai may also be playing a part.
