Aww Davy Jones! The Beatles threw a party for The Monkees when they were in London, that's what inspired Micky to write Randy Scouse Git. The line "The four kings of EMI are sitting stately on the floor" were about the Beatles. They became friends. I think that's one of the reasons they did the commercial together. Also John and Micky were original members of the Hollywood Vampires. Paul was singing The Monkees theme song as a tribute to Davy after he died...they were mates

I saw in one of the Beatles interviews John was asked if he likes pizza, and he said he didn't like pizza. I was like whaaaat?? Lol how could you John. One of my favorite things to do a while back when I was in a band with my brother and my friend, my friend used to come over a lot and after practice my family always ordered pizza and I would listen to my Beatle records and eat pizza, I miss those days. I nicked named my friend Bass Man Joe lol, he was tall and he was my only friend who got migrain auras. It's a migrain that starts with an expanding blind spot, and the the headache comes after the blind spot. Lol, we used to joke about it because we both got those, but nobody else knew what the hell we were talking about. That's what made it more funny, like, "You get those too??" Lol..
