So cool living in Brisbane during this - you forget that it's river fire that day and all of the sudden you hear fighter jets approach out of nowhere, and there's nothing else you can hear but the screaming of there engines. For a moment everyone in the city drops what they're doing and becomes excited like school kids with their eyes glued to the sky, trying to figure out where the sound is coming from.
Lived there in 2005. The F111 did a dump and burn over the Story Bridge. Awesome.
Utterly stunning!! Could watch these jets all day long.
I think it's brilliant. Ozzies need a constant reminder of what our military provides us. God bless em.
Without doubt, The Best Aviation Photography I have seen in all my viewing life Joel and I grew up at RAAF Amberley lol, the naked eye had no chance from ground level. Fantastic mate 💯
I live so close to the CBD, by the time we hear from the planes they are coming around again. The scenes of Brisbane , are terrific , we are so lucky. Thank you , for posting.
Wonderful wonderful video, always gives me goosebumps, such an incredible sound.
It was an amaizing site when tripple M put on the Brisbane sky show in the days of the F1 11 with after burner to open and close the show. MAN THAT WAS AWESOME
Incredible flypasses over Brisbane on this F/A-18F Super Hornet 🤩😎
Living in Brisbane is awesome we get free air shows all the time
That was epic - looked like you had the very best spot in all of Brissy!!
That’s a great location, and this video came out great with the different perspectives.
Great vantage point mate, fkn awesome vids. The boys would have seen you for sure…great work 💪🏻
Amazing low level flying. It must have been a buzz for the F18 pilot.
Awesome!...thanks from across the ditch.✈️🇳🇿
Well-done RAAF...! Loved to watch these birds flying low.
thank you for sharing this. So exciting, and you were in a great spot - wow
this reminds me of when an F/A18A did a circuit over GAF and CAC in Port Melbourne and was below the level of the top of the pylons on the West Gated Bridge. It was a fantastic reward for the people who helped build them. the pilot evidently told ATC that he was taking no notice of them but acknowledged their concern.
Amazing job nice spot you had there too!
I was in the building just over behind the W for this. So cool.
