Momentum Flurry or pure Flurry won't be able to reach 100 this season, I don't think. It may cap out around 96 with fully optimized gear as the build doesn't heavily rely on giga bugs (although we still benefit from the attack speed buff)
OP Flurry though, the one you also had an idea after the PTR has gone passed 100.

Btw, is there a build that makes Scoundrel Leather's work? Loved playing with that chest piece. I doubt it since Shroud is overpowered.

@@Jaron2465 it plays almost the same -- and you can even get Leyrana's board too. But I do recommend getting Inner Sight to last more than 8 seconds to make it worthwhile
