Can't say that I would be surprise if it turns out that Raptures are just Insectoid version of The Terminators.
Is also Bio mechanical creature as well.
My guess is, that the day the ruptures took the world, as people left for the ark was some wear between 90-50 years ago, as there was dialog were some of the older people stood under the man-made rain remembering what its like to be on the surface.
What happen to the Legendary Commander is still a mystery but i have a feeling that he affects the Raptures more than we think?
Maybe the commander of counters is a clone of the goddess commander or counters commander is him. That's one of the problems I have with Nikke just who is the commander of counters we know he has vague memories of the academy along that mystery girl in the earlier chapters that's it we never learn nothing from him he's such a blank slate I get it he's supposed to represent the player but he so boring that most of the time Rapi feel like the main character especially in chapter 14 man I hate him.

The more I look into this, the deeper into the rabbit I fall and I’m left with more questions than answers…
I won't be surprised if it all comes full circle. That being Enikk is the Rapture Queen and Einkk is the example of Lilith's Body.
Rapture Queen is just a codename for Enikk who doesn't only control the Ark, but have high enough presence to not only negotiate Chatterbox but also simultaneously hold the agreement preventing Heretic level Raptures/Nikkes entering Ark despite the broken deal. If Liberalio can just appear whereever she wants, Ark should have been destroyed by now. Also we never knew the complete chronology. This opens up the possibility of the Chatterbox Stalemate precedes the Goddess Squad deployment.
Especially so since it's revealed in Exia's episode that Enikk's regularly pissing Exia off to train her security systems. This would explain why Exia is the most knowledgeable about NIMPH since she's the one hangs out with Enikk most often.
It would makes sense as to why Enikk just let Government and our dispute of Marian just happen naturally despite controlling every aspect of the Ark where it takes place. If anyone controls the politic, that wouldn't be the CEO if they can be Veto-ed by Burningum and the people. Even Ingrid with Perilous Siege just can't fight these people despite the authorization for murder. Meanwhile Burningum at most only answers to Andersen's fists instead of meeting Enikk. That just cemented Enikk's power as the unchallenged.
And for me what seals the deal is that we're playing the same game with the Raptures. We both want more Nikkes, same with the Raptures wants Heretics. The Raptures needs more of them, meaning they can't manufacture them. The one who controls the supply of Nikke production in Ark? Enikk.
By extension, this war is artificial. Raptures are man made so we kickstart the gears to manufacture Nikke technology. The same way why there are no Male Nikkes despite Johan effectively more implanted than David Martinez in Cyberpunk Edgerunners. It's arbitrary or artificial.
The CEOs are there as a vice chiefs and scapegoats. Despite Ingrid, Syuen, Andersen, Mustang, and Burningum being CEO and Deputy Chiefs flavoring the Nikkes personality, we all answers to Enikk. If Enikk dislikes it? She'll just sabotage the elevator where those 200 Nikkes had to self destruct to prevent a kinetic explosion with the Ark System. Or just give a greenlight to Chatterbox.
I do believe the ghostly elevator with 200 Nikke self detonation incident was intentional. It's because Enikk can sabotage the elevator by proxy, and she's the one informing CEOs about the success odds of many operations. If she can do those things, why would she not consider the elevator as a safety hazard against all common sense? Because she needs it.
Lost Relics also implies the Raptures are man made. Why would an alien, use a form that's recognizable by humans? Most of them adapts insect behaviours and uses human terminology with names from who knows who gave them. Why they saved Raptillon despite being a human? Because they are man made.
Enikk must interfere, otherwise our blood and Andersen's would have been made into Vapaus: Unchained factory before even we gets sortied as a Commander. We'd be transfused regularly to further fuel the war against an unknown enemy.
Would this improves the game? No, no amount of good plot gonna save this game from 10cent policies to make new banners every 2 weeks.

However Enikk eventually gambles on the Commander, thinking he's the only way to end the war.
So her being the Rapture queen would not make sense.

And that she was eliminated
I would belived, that was Lilith, who was corrupted and put down by their commander, and their body just like mariam, was taken by the raptures to make them a heretic

Imagine if the MC/ us is a clone or distant relative of the legendary commander which explain why Nikke are so good with him. Also their that mysterious space base in the intro and the AI. Also the Girl in the commander past.
I think that girl in the commander past is the rapture queen or current queen. I think the Rapture queen is connected to the Commander which why the Heretics and chatterbox are so interested in him.

The Rapture Queen makes me think of the Aparoid Queen from Star Fox Assault. They both function very similar to a beehive. As long as they exist, the raptures and aparoids endlessly multiply.

Hmm i like this theory it sounds good so far but here's what I'm wondering when will we start to figure out who we are because it hasn't shown much about our selves the only thing that makes me think is that we have the exact blood as the legendary commander because i remember watching a chapter that when we got the vapaus our blood was the correct match to use it and the legendary commander haded the blood many think that were a descendant or maybe a clone of the legendary commander but then i wouldn't cut it because Anderson has the exact blood so maybe not idk but why do we have flash backs about a girl in a white facility is that us or is that a glance of the legendary commanders memory's????
That girl in white is Marian, or at least her VA is the same as Marian. There’s theories that she’s the commanders childhood friend and they were together before she became a NIKKE and he a commander.

Due to the gap in time between them being kids and modern day, I’d say she’s following the “childhood friend” trope.

Or it could just be a population control method too. The whole “human weapons don’t work on raptures” thing reeks of bullshit. Anti tank weapons should do just fine against them. And in our world currently, the U.S and china have had railgun prototypes for the last 7 years.
Which btw as shown in testing, those guns don’t seem to care about armor. Doesn’t matter how much armor you put in front of them, they punch straight through. They’re so effective that some people think it’s overkill
So with that in mind, how is it that the raptures managed to take the surface in the first place? Cause in the world of Nikke humanity should have weapons much more advanced than what we currently have
@@grimreaper63151 Allowing all of human civilization to go down the drain so a small portion of humanity are forced to live in a pretty cage underground seems a bit overkill for a population control method.
@@grimreaper63151 My guess is superior E-WAR capabilities. Even if conventional weapons indeed _were_ effective enough, enough disruption of communications-- and with it, command and control --would undermine any meaningful response. Couple that with the element of surprise and the Raptures managed to pull off that crippling hammer blow that few nations have managed IRL. Toss in superior numbers and overwhelming firepower, and the formula is complete.

I think the Queen has a Sister and that Sister is in the Ark willingly or unwilling using itself as a battery or something.
Less Betrayal and more of a White Lie for the greater good. Telling them they wont be let in would have dampened their will to fight and protect the Arks entrance before it was sealed.
If even one Rapture got in it could completely ruin humanities chances.
