Create backgrounds based off of descriptions, reference images, or storyboards
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must show profolio of 1-3 backgrounds made off of various descriptions
Must have Discord
Character Designs: 1-3 Positions
Assisting in outfits or even complete design of certain characters based on culture, region, event, etc.
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must show profolio of 3-5 different outfits or character designs
Music: 1-3 Positions
Find suitable music preferably off of UA-cam creator commons music panel.
Can design original music on apps such as band lab
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must have Discord
Must show profolio of 1-3 music samples created originally and 2-3 copyright free audios to match various emotions
Still pose Art: 1-4 Positions
Can range from sketch - line art - Complete image
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must show profolio of 1 sketch, 1 line art, 1 complete image in channel style
Animator (Gacha): 1-5 Positions
Must have GL2
Can create animated poses varying from simple gestures to fight moves in Gacha life 2
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must show profile of 3-5 animated poses in Gacha Life 2
Animator (Complete Animation): 1-3 Positions
This means complete animation, meaning no Gacha. It's hand drawn and could last from 2-10 seconds long.
This does not mean one person creates the entire animation. Some can range from sketches to line art to complete production.
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must have Discord
Must show portfolio of 1 complete animation and the different stages (sketch to line art)
Storyboarding: 1-5 positions
Can create rough sketches of complete scenes, including switches between Gacha to animation
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must have Discord
Must show profolio of a 15-30 second long short scene storyboard
Lighting: 1-2 Positions
Simple lighting may be needed in certain background
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must have Discord
Must show profolio of 2-4 different lighting techniques
Special Effects: 1-2 Positions
Must be able to create special effects by hand
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must have Discord
Must show a portfolio of 2-5 simple to more advanced special effects such as magic, fire, water, etc.
Writer: 1-3 Positions
Helps find flaws in the writing.
Helps create flowing dialogue
Helps cover plot holes
Can give suggestions for better plot ideas
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must have Discord
Must show portfolio of 1-5 short stories/writing pieces
Thumbnail Artist: 1-2 Positions
Creates sketches to full art for thumbnails of each episode.
Will most likely create several sketches of each one so the best can be picked.
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must show portfolio of 2-5 different sketches for episode thumbnails + 1 complete product
Voice Actor:
Voice acts central and side characters for each episode
Requirements:
Must be 13+
Must have Discord
Must have a reliable recorder/microphone
Must have a quiet area with no background noise
Must be able to record lines on time
Must have emotion and a wide range of it
Must show portfolio of 1-3 different voices, all ranging through at least 5 emotions.
Please note this is a completely no budget production, meaning none of these positions will be paid. This production likely won't even be monetized on UA-cam. If it ever does, when I turn 18 I will gladly pay everyone for the hard work they put into this. But until then, this remains as it is.
Some exceptions for the age/discord requirement may be accepted ONLY if the portfolio is far better than others.
People auditioning for minor roles such as Marketing or Thumbnail artists can go for 1-2 roles at a time. The only role that requires the person's full attention is Voice acting. If you gain a major part in voice acting, I truly advise only doing that and not taking on another role.
Each section will have a production leader to make sure everyone stays on task and on time. Almost all of these will require teamwork. Of course some due dates for project pieces will have leniency because of school, work, and other activities.

There may be a second casting for more Character's voice actors later down the road.

I can’t wait for this series to come out!!! I have a few questions about the auditions though:
1) When is the deadline (if there is one set in stone)?
2) When you say “minor roles can go for 1-2 roles at a time,” does that mean if, for example, I audition for music design and character design but get rejected from both, I can try for two more?
3) What would the average day look like for those accepted to work on this project? How much time per day would they have to commit? (I completely understand that you want to have a great quality series, and I saw that you are accommodating for people’s work and school lives, and I really do appreciate that!)
1: I would like the deadline to be next Friday, but I totally understand if it's pushed a week back.
2. You can audition for as many parts as you like! I just don't want people to try for 5 roles and end up being super overwhelmed by all of it.
3. An average day would depend on what roles you have. Voice acting would be more of you're given a script and asked to finish by a deadline in the following days. Time per day truly just depends, but I should hope no more than an hour TOPS.

Maybe I'm kinda late but i don't know if I understood well, so you also need some voice actors? Because if you need some ppl to only voice act the characters, I could, I am 13 and I can tell that I voice act quite well, I don't have a very soft voice but I can make it sound like it. I'm greek but I do speak English almost every day so I speak English just fine, and I sound a mix of American and African, so if you choose me to voice act any of your characters, it won't sound like I'm anything else than American. I hope my voice will be something you're looking for and I appreciate it if you choose me.

Portfolio basically is a compilation of any work you've done related to the position you want. Say you wanna be a voice actor, so you show any previous va you've done, or you make a demo reel like the requirements ask.

Absolutely! We have quite a few female voice actors and it would be great to find male ones, but all are welcome!
