- Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women.
This nutty shake with oats and dates can be made for Breakfast or enjoyed as a healthy milkshake for dessert.

Ingredients:
Oats 1 cup
Seedless dates 1 cup
Ice cubes 2-3
Milk 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 tsp
Dry fruits 1 tbsp
METHOD:
Take oats in a bowl and add little hot water in it.
Transfer this in a blender and add chopped seedless dates.
Blend it once again with ice cubes and milk.
Take it in a glass and add fresh cream and finely chopped dry fruits on it. - Навчання та стиль

Today i tried carrot, dates oats smoothie with soya milk. Nice. I think we can give this to babies above 6 months old like baby's porridge. All natural sweetener.

even I make this shake.
250ml of milk,30 g oats, 8 types of dryfruits,butter clarified and ginseng powder. I drink it hot. It is a perferct breakfast or post workout drink.

I usually soak oats for 10 min and I use them with dried figs or prunes or dates with honey and a little bit of vanilla essence and I will strain it after blending.
@ kabil kabil No oats will not help in weight gain bcz oats contain lots of fiber instead it will help in weight loss when we drink as a normal milk in the morning as a substitute for milk and I don't add milk also I make it with water and strain it at last.
