Use a square and run the saw along the edge of it. If you use little buttons of wood under the sleeper it will reduce a pinching effect and you can cut the wood without your blade jamming up buddy

Any tips on cutting damp sleepers its whole length? Like a 2.4m cheers Bud

Difficult going with the grain. I'd say a very sharp blade and gentle pressure. Maybe even cut 1 inch deep at a time if using a circular saw.
