Boring video...all you need to watch is the first 10 seconds and the last 10 seconds. The rest is me saying bad words under my breath and a nice gentleman helping me. Three or four things to remember, put it in gear when you take it off, make sure you don't change gears at the helm or lower unit during the process, make sure the pittot tube is lined up, make sure the shift shaft is lined up, and make sure the water pump tube is lined up.
