+1 For playing Failure riffs..
Came here to say this!
Mayonnaise by the Smashing Pumpkins! Nice opening song to demonstrate this pedal. Thanks for the vid.
Not close enough to mayo for me..much better off with the EHX orange box op amp pi if u want pumpkins, and FAR CHEAPER
I do like that I can hear RAT pedal tones for sure..the pedal does sound good, no doubt. It's about $100 overpriced though, but aren't most pedals overpriced?
Cool break-down of the pedal in a very brief period. Knowing that it is highlights only, excellent performance.

Looks like 2^23 options from the switches, before you even turn a single knob.
This pedal is endlessly fun. I received it earlier this week and I really love it. It sounds top notch like all of Wren and Cuff's stuff. They build such high quality pedals and are one of the best fuzz makers out there. If you love muff tones this pedal can get you all of them and beyond. However, I think the key intention behind this pedal is just having fun with it and trying out as many options as you have the time for. I've sat down with it every night this week for like a couple hours each time. I really have been enjoying it :) You rock Wren and Cuff!
Keeping copious notes, I hope 😊…

Off-the-scale versatility!
In the Fade! Nicely done, even with that wrong note.
Do we know if all of the dip switches allow you to move between the different Big Muff circuit versions? For example, can it do a Ram's Head, as well as a Russian, Op-Amp, or Triangle Muff?
Could I Have Free Sample ?
Could totally be wrong and all but is it supposed to be pronounced De La Heva ?
Just a curios guitar player/ BJJ guy
Correct.
Why would they even give it a Spanish name.. what the hell have the Spaniards contributed to fuzz tone at any time? Maybe the folks at Wren and cuff are Spaniards? Mexicans? Spaniard lives matter! LOL
Put the switches inside the pedal like they hide trim pots and this is a brilliant idea.
SUF gets overlooked a lot. They are AMAZING
especially when it's a Wren and Cuff demo video
@@vonslagle man, i'm just overstating the obvious. SUF is great too, but search them if you want them, Search Wren and Cuff if you want them...
@@redcloudband Dude, totally! You’re cool… so is Wren and Cuff, but that link was for the other commenter. It was a nasty comment and I looked at his page and the last 3 things he wrote were nasty, so I did him a favor. Funny thing is he deleted his comment. I think I struck a nerve 🤣
@@vonslagle gotcha! We all gotta fuzz along or fuzz off!
Wonderful a pedal that we will spend more time tweaking than actually playing
Nice demo. They should have named this pedal Muffy the Amplifier Slayer
2 million combinations???? Yikes. There is something to be said for versatility but there is also a huge benefit to pedals with a few simple knobs that just give you what you want.
Until you can't get what you want
Amen, it's certainly gimmicky
I'm good
Don't get a trademark Hit for using a Gibson.
🤘🧱
Have your long list ready written down with all the different dip switch combinations to have ready during your live set LOL
.. they may as well made this with some kind of digital foot switch to go through your preferred settings faster.. cool idea but definitely gimmicky and far from perfect
Gain machine
Love the sounds BUT in my opinion there are TOOOOO many switches
You can get the same range of tones from a Big Muff and an MXR m108 for half the price of this one pedal.
I've been playing since 1966 so you'd think I would have learned by now to stay away from multi effects units. They drive you nuts and you have to be an audio engineer to be able to use them effectively. Most pros use pedals that should tell us something. Stay away from these bloody things. I've just bought one similar to this I hate it already...
It's not a multi-effects unit??? Condolences on your boomer brain.
@@MuscleDad420 So it isn't, I have no idea why I thought that it was but point taken. However why the need for the ad-hominem attack ? Surely we can correct or criticise one another without making smart arse comments.
This isn't a multi-effects pedal, this is a gimmick
@@justME-ff2ll Lmao You're such a hater. Imagine dedicating like six comments or seven, to the same video, criticising the same pedal.
Kind of sad, really.
sell it, if you don‘t like it.
