Here I am talking about positioning and how to make the best strike, it is important to strike the body in the correct point.
Throwing huge, powerful strikes at a general target is not anywhere as effective as a very precise strike using much less power. The way to train this, is to practice placing your fist, palm or fingers on a specific part of the body and then trying to push, not strike your partner. It is vital to stay relaxed and not get tense and then you will feel the motion.
Your partner should not try to resist, but just remain in place and if you can move him with a relaxed, slow and deliberate push, you have identified a strike point -- remember and practice it often!
