For making kabab, rotator is not required. It's very difficult to handle. Better we can place the skewers in the tray itself. Rotator is good for the grill function.
Sir..i have same otg..but whenever i set the timer for anything less than 20 minutes for pre heat, the oven does not turn off automatically. Does it happen with ur oven ?
Sir i tried to use the knob starting from 0 to the second dot...which i guess is10 mins . I just by mistake rotated the timer anticlockwise only once. Did this action of mine made the timer faulty? However above 20 mins my oven perfectly turns off.

That's is exactly how it should work. The thermostat inside switches on and off to adjust the temperature you set. Always preheat the oven for atleast 15 minutes.

@@srikirangs you need to be quick in placing whatever needs to be baked inside. And shut the door immediately. Although it might drop temperature, the thermostat adjusts immediately by heating rods coming on. Your heating elements keeps going on and off alternatively. It's possible that you are not preheating the oven for atleast 15 mins. Some times it does take 20 minutes to preheat. It's critical that you preheat the oven for that long. This is how I do. I place the oven thermometer inside before preheating and preheat the oven by setting timer for 15 minutes. Initially it heats up really fast and the temperature goes above the desired/set temperature. However I wait until the the needles indicating temperature in the thermometer stop going lower and is stable at the set temperature. It usually takes between 15 to 20 mins. Once the oven reaches desired temperature, I remove the thermometer and place whatever needs baking. And baked goods come out perfect every time. ND yeah I do see the temperature drop in the thermometer immediately after I remove it out of the oven

Hi Susmitha... it might be that you are using a temperature that is too hot, where the bread gets toasted before the cheese has a chance to heat up and melt. Try using a lower temperature like 140 or 150 degrees C for a slightly longer time. This will help your cheese to melt and not burn your bread.

OTG doors are not like microwave door. It does not tightly close with a tick sound.

Yes it will turn very smoothly. But heat change hotha hai.

I don't think it can be used to heat food as in microwave. Also it will not heat up immediately like microwave.

We are facing only one issue... Temperature will not reach upto the reading. If we choose 180, it can reach upto 140. So baking time is more nowadays.

It's weird.. I never had such issue. I think it's the problem with the timer button. Try to get the support of service guys.
Sir..the demo person said that the minimum temp setting is 20 min only..if u set for 10 min then it wont switch off neither will it make a ding sound.
