Heyyy guys!! Please do share this video if you liked it! Also, leave all your OTG related questions ( if left unanswered in the video) here! I’ll pick them up from here and answer in part 2 of this video
I haven’t even watched this video yet and as soon as I saw the notification about you explaining about this OTG, I was like “Oh my god, my life saver is here”
Trust me or not but i jumped to this video when my cake batter was all ready and at the time of baking I realised i never used the oven before..this video saved me..a must must to watch if you are gonna bake for the first time in the microwave
Oh my god such a savior. I have had issues in figuring out with the function mode fr years . Thank you so much for this . I have searched a lot for this. But today the first time I got an answer🌼
Today I bought new otg, and this is very very very useful video since I don’t know anything about otg, until now I did used microwave but not otg, thanks shivesh for sharing this video 😊
Its my long dream to buy an OTG ...I came out to know the brand which you using currently using is ultimate one by my friends and now u added knowledge some more ..Thank you Bro
First time it happened that i didn't skip anything of a video in UA-cam. The smile you wear and the exciting sound and the most important thing a deep detailing of otg... Just loved it.. Thanks for this beautiful video 😊
Thank you Shivesh... I installed this otg before lockdown but didn't knew how to use had to bake all the cakes in cooker and kadhai.... Will soon use it... Thanks...😊😊
Been wanting to get an OTG and couldn’t figure out which one works best for me. Thank you for this! Been following you for the last 4 years and absolutely LOVE your desserts, presentation and recipes. Kudos!
This was very informative Shivesh. But I have a few more questions. 1. What's the basic difference between baking in a microwave and an otg? 2. Which are the must-have features of an otg? 3. If I want to bake 2 layers of a cake simultaneously in an otg, what are the points I need to look at while buying the otg? 4. Is a medium size otg as u categorized, enough for baking a 2 kg cake? I would be really grateful if you answer these queries. Thanks in advance and happy baking!
1.MICROWAVE-ONLY FOR REHEAT OTG-OVEN, TOSTE,GRILL (no REHEAT) 2.size,must buy stainless steel one, convection fan 3.Buy medium to large size otg Preheat it for 10mint 2rod And bake in one rod 4.45-50L would be great
Thnq so so so much i have been searching a video like this for a very long time and after i have been through a lot of videos your video is a life saver for me
I have been using my otg oven wrong for 7 years 😂 had almost lost hope of getting a perfect cake. Thank you for this video! Used my convention oven setting for the first time and the cake turned out so good 🥹
Hi Shivesh. It would be so nice if you could particularly help with the function knob & explain which functions are used for stuff like general baking of pizza, breads, baked veg etc. I suppose you suggested convection mode instead of bake mode for desserts. I hope that applies for all type of cakes & cookies too. Hope to see a revert. Thanks
My awaiting queries were answered, I have always been using microwave and recently picked up oven with 60litre capacity and trying to get hands on, this video should help me cracking with my new gadget... Thanks
This was much needed, extremely helpful one. Thanks! Please cover on the various other functionalities and uses of the modes like broiler, toast, rotisserie, keep warm etc in part 2.
Although I like your videos but that background music is so irritating😖. Why not video clean without music, we would love that. I'm not saying this one is bad, this one is good too, but that music playing back is so irritating can't handle 😢
Hi Shivesh, I bought new oven and dono how to use it..and waiting for demo person.. after seeing ur previous video ..I started bake myself.. Thank u😊 from Chennai

I have been struggling with this for SUCH a long time! I have baked the same cake recipe at different temperatures and time many times but still can't figure out the best combination. I hope your tips help! Will try again 😄
I do have same otg as urs... Have been almost a year but hardly used 6-7 times due to failed attempts..agree that it takes time to understand.. hope your tips will help. Thnx for sharing knowledge.
Hi Shivesh, I did a lot of research and after I saw your video, I decided to buy Morphy Richard's 50 litres. Your video was very helpful. One thing I forgot to ask the person who came for the demo is about one aspect of the timer. Can we open the door while the oven is still not finished the set time? to maybe check in between? Will it affect the baking in any way?
Goodness me .... Me and my mother were so frustrated with the cake always remaining raw at the bottom and cracking at the top in the otg and my sister loves cake so .... Thank you so much , it's a life saver video
I want this lesson because I burnt my cake on top and also crack. U a wonderful person. Now please one question for u my cake in the center doesn't back rods r in u shap so center of u no heat. Is it. So I started pushing it forward and backward. Please solve my problem. God bless you.
You need to understand the temprature requirements for your product. Then Set the rod settings accordingly. I use the same oven i.e. morphy richards 52 ltrs.If you are baking the cake put both the rods on with fan for about 35-40 mnts. Time may increas as per the size of your cake.for cookies use only top rod.. If you are baking breads , puff pstries etc , these products needs an instant rise first then baking evenly. For this purpose you can use bottom rod only with high temprature so that it will give an instant rise to your product and then after 8-10 mnts you can switch to both rods with fan option and decreased temprature for even baking.
Hi your video is really very good but I need one more query should cake be kept on wire rack or on the tray ,if on rack is it that we need to keep tray inside while baking
Shivesh, if it's feasible I would want to know your review for the Morphy Richards 52 rcss. I bought it with much anticipation only to find it having heating issues. It's fixed but I absolutely become clueless on the temperature setting and if it's working the way it should... Hope you'll consider
I want to know the baking mode for cakes u use in morphy richards 52rcss since i hv the same model...... is it the bake mode as per the manual ? Or both rods with fan ... i m always confused in this
😞me too., but nobody 🙅clear my doubt.. I became tired 😰😢by asking in coment box of each and every channel...why they don't explain about specific mode of the oven😶if u get the solution please reply me🙏
Hi Shivesh! How are you? I also bought the same oven in June 2020 & I really didn't understood it till now. Actually when I preheat the oven then temperature knob numbers are not given perfectly & when I put the tray with cupcake or anything the temperature start decreasing & it comes to 150° c, 180°c is not there. So I preheat it at 200°c as I was told by the demo person who came for the product demo. So do you also have the same problem? Plz can you send me the pic of where's 180°c on otg, Thank you 😊
wow...a superb explanations. all my curiosity about oven and baking is answered especially the pre-heating oven. thank you Shivesh. true, we need to practice to understand our oven.
