ചുമ്മാ പറയല്ലേ brthr.. എനിക്ക് ഇതുപോലെ ഒരു issue ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. കോഴിക്കോട് അവരുടെ dealer ഉണ്ട്. ഞൻ അവിടെ കൊടുത്തു അവർ അത് അയച്കൊടുത്തു, ന്യൂ tv എന്റെ നാട്ടിൽ ഫ്രീ ആയി ഡെലിവറിയും തന്നു.

@@nithinharidas5102 doubt ഉണ്ടേൽ അവരുടെ customer care ൽ വിളിച്ച് ചോദിച്ചോ.... എനിക്ക് കിട്ടിയ response ഇതാണ്. Ekm കൊണ്ടു പോകാൻ ഞാൻ ready ആയിരുന്നു.

Dealer koduthal mari kitum. Ente friendinte veetile tv preshnam vannapol angane ayirunnu. Pinne bro courier cheythalum athayirunnu labham. Bcoz reason 1 new tv kitum, reason 2 balance warranty kitum. Ithipol bro purath koduth sheri akiyapol i think balance warrenty void ayi kanum. Ini serious issue vannal athinum pay cheyyende varille? UA-camrsinu ithrekku bodhame ullo. 😂
