Was unable get it(Besta Black 40) in Guwahati... But got it from a local vendor... Last Saturday.. but having problem with the barbecue setting... 2 of the sticks keeps falling from the disc ..
And the worse is that in convection mode also fans never turn off. There is no way you can bake cakes in this hot box. And the walls from outside become as hot as it is inside the otg. I am really finding this product useless.

My experience with this product is worst ever . Looking at such a big name of Morphy I expected high performance but it actually has lots of issues with Heating process. Got it repaired 3 times within 20 days of purchase ,sometimes the internal temperature is not right and other there is problem with thermostat. After replacing the thermostat the heating is still uneven and not accurate at all. There are so many remarks here as well as on AMAZON reviews of same kind of permanent issues of this product. My model is 52 litre. It's Better to go with other brands.

@Morphy Richards India hello there. I bought your otg 52 litres for the sole purpose of baking cakes. But its a pathetic product so far. Its fans never turn off in baking mode. Why? In making cakes we dont need fans. Fans dry the cake like a cookie. And also the top layer never browns in the cake with baking mode. Please let me know the procedure to return the product.

My experience with this product is worst ever . Looking at such a big name of Morphy I expected high performance but it actually has lots of issues with Heating process. Got it repaired 3 times within 20 days of purchase ,sometimes the internal temperature is not right and other there is problem with thermostat. After replacing the thermostat the heating is still uneven and not accurate at all. There are so many remarks here as well as on AMAZON reviews of same kind of permanent issues of this product. My model is 52 litre.
It's Better to go with other brands.
