Hi mama ! would you say you feel manic now ? I ask because you just went mia on socials because you felt like people weren’t watching or supporting would that be like you kinda building into mania ? I’m not sure exactly how that works ... also why do people chance the mania what does that feel like what chase It instead of just finding help for it ? How long does it take for some to realize they are being manic ?
I have so many question lol I’ll stop here I did like that bird bit at the end that guys video was really eye opening.

Hi Sam, thanks for watching and for your questions. This is a lifelong disorder (that will only get worse) and the average person with my condition has about 8 full blown manic episodes in their lives even while on medication. Perhaps I am experiencing hypomania which is shorter and less intense, only lasting 1-4 days instead of weeks or months. I don’t really know. I recognize the signs yes and have coping mechanisms to deal with the symptoms but the worst part about mania, for me, is that I do not know what I am truly off. It is usually others who point out that I have a problem and not me. Hope this helps answer your questions. Feel free to add more to this if it doesn’t make sense! Ty for watching ❤️
