I was worried the humor wouldn't land as well for me as an adult, but I'm actually pretty impressed with it. The dialogue is actually pretty funny, and when the dialogue is just the regular movie dialogue, they use the opportunity to provide more visual humor while the story is being told. It all works surprisingly well. Also, it's probably the best content that's come out of the sequel trilogy

I'm actually addicted to this game, there's so much stuff to do. Btw, if you're grinding for studs, best way I found is to upgrade your bounty hunter class to max, you'll get bonus studs for killing enemies. If you have the stud multipliers than you'll earn studs even faster with the bounty hunter

Using a droid and a jedi should be illegal. You can grab the droid as a jedi and get Kyber Bricks without doing the puzzle. Just make sure you enter split screen for a second.
It’s just fun. 3 generations can play together and each can find something enjoyable, whether that would be nostalgia inducing story, action packed sequences or polished modern interfaces with stunning visuals. It’s a good game. Just a game, doesn’t try to be a million things. A joyride and that’s it.

There is a zombie glitch in the lego starwars game. If you time a player death and forcing a level change (changing room in the first game) you can get your character to have 0 hearts and invinsible. Its fun to do with grevious guards so you play the level as unkillable headless character.

Fast forward a couple of years and I'm given Lego Star Wars 2: The OG Trilogy. I'm a little older, so I went for more of the kits and puzzles, as well as appreciated it a bit more. Now here we are in 2022. This comes out. I full on tear up at the Start Screen. This game is such a nostalgia trip but just different enough to feel fresh and new.
5:06 ackshually if you knew your lego you'd know that around 2010 lego started introducing new bracket pieces and curved elements and tiny accessories. this led to sets with significantly more complexity at smaller price brackets, including part usage outside of the original intended design. the lipstick in this case is supposed to be the characters' comlinks because the general shape just matches up
As someone who grew up playing the LEGO Star Wars games, I thought the Skywalker Saga was gonna be an HD remaster of the old games instead of a full on remake. Nonetheless, I'm having a ton of fun playing the Skywalker Saga.

I'm loving this game, think it's one of the best Lego games but I do have my issues with it like some gameplay stuff, not including everything and cutting some parts from the movie and more other areas could've been extended on and also some voice actors too but overall a great game.
It literally took me less than an hour on each prequel which was so disappointing. I was expecting massive in depth levels but so much of it is just cutscenes instead. I don't know how people have enjoyed it so much when the entire game is running to watch a Lego version of the movie. The levels are literally like 2 minutes and basic af and people are saying this game is the best Lego game easily. I've felt it's a massive let down as such an addict of Lego games. The force awakens has better levels in this and that was just one movie dragged out so If anything they put more effort into the levels that was a game based off one movie than an entire series that people wanted to play. There's such a lack of actual playing to do like if you're fully focused on the story and not exploring the open world it's just dead.

I went into it expecting just another lego game, not even realizing that my free time would be pretty much devoted to this game with just how jam packed it is. I didn't expect to laugh this much at a LEGO game since I'm an adult, but I love that Tt made the humor work for both younger and older people. Next time you play remotely with a friend try using parsec it has much less input delay. And the fgc uses it for online tourneys of older games with no online. That’s how I’ve been playing coop online and it is much better.

Probs better than this game by how perfect every cutscene was. I could name them all with just a short clip of one.
This game is honestly great. I love the new systems in it. It really makes it feel very new, unlike other modern Lego games that use the dated system.
The boss fights in particular were a highlight for me it was so cool to actually fight Anakin on Mustafar in the lego setting.

I was also surprised at just how funny the game is. I didn't expect to laugh this much at a LEGO game since I'm an adult, but I love that Tt made the humor work for both younger and older people. Phenominal job Tt, those 3 years were very well worth the wait!

I've been a LEGO game fan since the OG LEGO Star Wars from 2005. The series has come such a long way!
Why does this game feel both polished and unfinished at the same time?
because it kind of is. What they polished, they polished pretty well. However, there's still some weirdness to the game like some missing dialogue, bugs and the length of the episodes feeling rushed
I think it's a great game, but you can tell it's also a product of poor management at times

Next time you play remotely with a friend try using parsec it has much less input delay. And the fgc uses it for online tourneys of older games with no online. That’s how I’ve been playing coop online and it is much better.

genuinely having so much fun playing this one. Support for mouse and keyboard makes me feel im playing a cool version of battlefront on PC. Not to mention the size of this game and how much stuff is there to get.
