Absolutely correct observation. Law is different for highest people and with highest money,and more so for legislators and political persons. Common man is a zero in democracy. Really sad and pathetic.
Most unfortunate unjustified and biased decision by Supreme Court. Kejriwal ji should not have been granted any sort of bail. This is a mockery of law and order.

We are hearing reports about his anticedents , especially raising allegations against an independent authority & with a view to destroying evidence , by adopting delaying tactics.
Kejeriwal should have cooperated with the investigation authorities rather than taking shelter of lawyers like Mr . Kabil Sibal, & SC.
If innocent , no authority can punish him.

The obvious point to be noted from this advocate's closing line. Kejriwal is capable of hiring the best lawyers, the most expensive lawyers which means Kejriwal is not an Aam Admi. Kejriwal has no intention of serving Aam Admi, he covets power and wealth. Kejriwal has proven himself to be more of an Arrogant Admi.
His personal disagreement/view should be in personal but making it public you can not contempt Supream Court. As an advocate he must know he is not Judge of SC.

Law is not like Mathematics as in 2+2=4. Kejriwal is no threat to the Society. He is lulcky to get a Clean and Unchallengeable Certificate of Character and Conduct given by the Highest Judiciary. What more he wants! Anna Hazare must be happy by listening this.
No evidence was uncovered, then how you come to the conclusion that he is a culprit and not entitled to bail. Afterall the electioneering period is very short. Nothing would happen if an accused is enlarged on bail for a short period. Money trail is also not provided in his case. Simply an oral evidence of a person involved in the said crime is the main point of consideration to accuse of corruption. Really a strange thing.... raghavan

Sorry the advocate forgets that Mr. Kejriwal is not a terrorist but an elected CM of Delhi. He should first keep this in mind before speaking all this. This man doesn't deserve to be an advocate. The main reason the SC has pointed out was that Kejriwal was not a habitual offender and the ED didn't have an answer when the court asked that there was 1.5 years already available for arresting him earlier but why resorted to it in the midst of electioneering. BJP'S advocate was not aware of all these .
