I just wanna share our experience too.. we reached here on September 6th.. I am a student of Sheffield Hallam University. From India we searched a lot for accommodation and at that time we cm to know many scams are happening.. We had an experience, that a lady was the landlord and she said that she is in Spain and she bought the property for her daughter who is studying here and now her studies are over and she went back to Spain, so that the lady is giving this house for rent.. and she said all she need is to look after the house neatly.. and asked for 600£ per month.. and demanded to pay £1000+ to her account as soon as possible.. but we didn’t do that.. we found something wrong.. and then after the enquiry with our friends over here came to know that there is no property like this as the lady said.. So, if anybody is looking for an accommodation and about to pay the deposit and first month rent, before you pay, just make sure with your friends or trustable persons that the accommodation is ready for you to occupy and it’s not a spam.

തട്ടിക്കളയാൻ തോന്നിയില്ല. ഈ മകനെ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ എന്റെ പേരക്കുട്ടിയെ ഓർമ്മ വന്നു. പൊതുവേ ചിലയിടങ്ങളിലെ മലയാളികൾ മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ അന്വേഷിക്കുകയോ, സംസാരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യില്ല. അതിൽ നിന്നും വ്യത്യസ്ഥമാണ് ഈ കുട്ടികൾ നിങ്ങളെ ഈശ്വരൻ രക്ഷിക്കട്ടെ!

This is the worst time to come to study in UK. Living expense is going high. UK government is not in a good command to handle and control the inflation. Food Crisis + Energy Crisis = Economic Crisis.

Bro... എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നത് ഏജൻസി നിങ്ങളെ വേണ്ടത്ര ഹെൽപ് ചെയ്തില്ല എന്നാണ്.. 1) finding accomodation.. 2) money exchange 3) travel card പിന്നെ..നാട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് 3500 രൂപ കൊടുത്ത് സിം വാങ്ങേണ്ട ആവിശ്യം ഉണ്ടാർന്നില്ല..വിസ ക്ക് പോവുമ്പോൾ അവിടെ നിന്ന് ഫ്രീ ആയി കിട്ടും എന്നാണ് എൻ്റെ ഒരു ഇത്.... എൻ്റെ അപിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞു എന്നുള്ളു.... ഇത് പുതിയ അറിവാണല്ലോ. കഴിഞ്ഞ 40 വർഷം ആയി താമസിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് ഇത് ആദ്യമായിട്ടാ അറിയുന്നത്. ഇവിടുത്തെ proper ആയിട്ടുള്ള യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയിൽ പഠിക്കാൻ വരുന്നു കുട്ടികൾക്ക് അവിടെ accommodation കിട്ടും. ഇവിടെ വരാൻ വേണ്ടിട്ട് ഏതെങ്കിലും കോളേജിൽ (authorised അല്ലാത്ത ) വന്നു എന്തെങ്കിലും ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടി വരുന്നവർ ഇത് പോലെ കഷ്ടപ്പെടും.
He mentiond he was in a rush. and he never met ryt ppl.. he was not aware of scams.. and i realy think he never tried to google or youtube to learn what to bring or do befor goes to another country.. anyway he is in a learning process.. all the best..
