I have finished Masters from University of Sussex in 2018. I would like to inform you that, when you go for studying under Tier 4 visa, you should complete the course. Without completing the course you don't have any excuse to justify when you extending or changing your visa for any other purpose. As per the new immigration rules, the UK authorities relaxed post study schemes. Because, when I was studying in Sussex, there was no post study visa schemes. As per the new schemes, all students who completed courses in a university will legally eligible to extend your visa for 2 years after your studies. So, don't follow what agencies or agents suggests, do your own research before you go studies abroad.

He wasn’t scammed. The north Indian agents issued him a COC. They delivered what they promised. He was trying to do a fraud and got caught. The entire thing is his mistake. No one else’s.

Actually one of my friend who is a nurse had also came to study in UK and after 3-4 months of her course, she changed her study visa into carer work visa, but she had no problems. I think as she was a nurse the UK visa people did not have any problem as carer job and nursing job are related, but here as he is an MBA student and trying to go into another field of work would have caused them to think something is fishy.
Here, in fact u r safe till someone report or complain. Once reported, then proper action will be taken. Most of the people from outside making money by exploiting the system.

For god's sake, don't mislead people again! Those on student visa cannot apply to change their sponsor ship to a work visa until 3 months before the actual end date of their course of study, not simply after 6 months! And the work can only be taken up after the actual course end date

If you break uk immigration rules applicable to your tier 4 visa then you face the consequences...it is pure and simple! If you are coming to the UK to study MBA, one would assume you would have the ability to read/ comprehend the rules and regulations! Why would UK give you any reason to stay after what you did... The only reason he got into this situation is because of his greed. I was in uk for 6 years, so I know these things. When a university issue a visa, u have to complete the course. That’s why they are giving it. Not to work full time or anything. The immigration officer might have contacted the university and came to know he doesn’t have attendance. That’s why they are giving it. Not to work full time or anything. The immigration officer might have contacted the university and came to know he doesn’t have attendance.
