Personally I think that the fact that you could see yourself doing so many things with it, the funky rug house was my favourite for possibilities. It just has character and charm.❤
Number 5, good balla c’è between countryside and more modern danish house. Less renovation to do, more decor. But even the house nera the water is a dream.
Thank you! House No. 5 really does have that perfect blend of countryside charm and a modern Danish feel-definitely a lot of potential to focus more on decor than heavy renovation. The lakeside one is a dream, too! There’s something about both that just sticks with you. 😊
For me it would be between house 4 and house 5, house 4 has an super cool vibe to it and could be a super cozy, on the other hand I love the classic look of house 5 and the huge amount of land for endless possiblities.
Totally agree-House 4 has such a unique, cozy charm, and House 5’s classic vibe with all that land is hard to resist. So much potential for future projects! Both are tempting, but one of these may have won me over... 👀 Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Thank you so much! 🙏 I'm thrilled to be sharing this journey with all of you-it makes it so much more exciting! The lake house and the third property definitely have something special, don't they? 🏞 It’s going to be a tough choice, but knowing you’re enjoying the ride makes it all worth it! Stay tuned-there’s more to come! 😄
House Number 1: one of the great things about investing in a new roof is that you start off with your cover new and trustworthy. You are not going to get surprised badly later on.
Hi Professor Torp. London is here with you👌🏾👍🏾🇬🇧🇧🇻🌟. Professor. You are not alone. We are here with you. 💜💛🩷💚🎉. So far, no. 3 is the best option. However, can we consider a few more? Good job.👍🏾 Look after yourself. We'll see you soon at the next home viewing. 🍂🍁🏡
London in the house! 👏🏾 Thanks so much for being here! House No. 3 is a solid choice-it’s got that special something, doesn’t it? And who knows, we might just have more viewings to consider. Take care, and I’ll see you at the next tour! 🏡🍂
I hope you have a nice life over there. Thanks for sharing your experience. By the way, I like houses no.2 and no.5. I find the landscape and house layouts more interesting. I am also waiting for your chairs and furniture gallery.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the video and liked those properties-they both have incredible landscapes and unique layouts that really stand out. And yes, the furniture gallery is definitely in the works, so stay tuned! Can't wait to share it with you. 😊
I am loving this new project, farmhouse hunt. I would have considered the Christmas tree 🎄 house. Your idea of turning it into a Christmas shop along with the Scandinavian concept of hygge, location location is a plus. Put in a good offer to have enough to raise the ceiling without replacing the entire roof. This will attract potential buyers if you do decide to sale, added value to property is always a plus. Property with a chritsmas farm tree, christmas decor, christmas treats, christmas shop ect... I could run with this idea. Just a thought 😊
I’m so glad you’re loving the farmhouse hunt! The Christmas tree house definitely sparked some creative ideas-imagine the cozy, festive vibe it could have year-round! 🎄 A Christmas shop with all the treats, decor, and that hygge feel sounds like the perfect way to make it truly unique. And you’re right, raising the ceiling could add so much value without a full remodel. I love that you’re thinking of potential buyers too-this could be a holiday haven for someone special down the line. Thanks for the awesome suggestions; you’ve got me inspired! 😊
House number one is a lot of charm and work. I love the layout of the buildings, creating a small courtyard. House number two doesn't seem to be an option because of the ceiling height. And you might already be too busy to run a Christmas tree farm. House number three was cool but the land surrounding it was unremarkable. House number four had lots of potential. The stairs were scary from what I saw. The land was wild and trees old and lovely. Home number five was not as drastic a project. The stairs were nice. If it is by an active pig farm, the deal would be a hard no for me. Hard to pick for you as I just subscribed. There is a lot to think about. Fun stuff, house hunting.
The xmas tree property. Replace the roof and raise it. Sell the trees off over the years and plant new ones for everyone you fell - trees with fruits... edibles.
I would have a lot of questions before I made a decision. Price points, potential for future work for you or for future income, what type of materials you would need, layout...lol...etc. I like 2 & 3. You could let people cut their own Christmas trees. People do that a lot in the U.S. I like the land that comes with the property. #5 doesn't really need that much reno. You seem to want to do your own reno. Lots to think about.
Hi Allan, new to your channel so I don't have an understnding of your needs for a home. So, based on the way you described each house I would say that you have already decided (subconsciously?) on house number three. You really spoke of your details future plans with this house which you didn't do with the others.
Welcome to the channel! It's insightful of you to pick up on that-it’s funny how sometimes our excitement for certain details can give us away. House number three does have a lot of potential, and the ideas just seemed to flow. Still, each of these places has its own appeal, so the decision may not be as clear as it sounds! Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. 😊
House Nr4 looks really nice for me, the christmas farm wonderland would also be a really good idea but for me houses are overrated land and location matters
You’re so right-finding a place that truly feels like home goes beyond just potential or renovation plans. It’s about that feeling when you walk through the door. Thanks for the reminder; I think I found a spot that just clicked!
Personally, I prefer the funky rug house. Reassure me please that the roof is not made of asbestos? Keep well away from house no 5 with the neighbouring pig farm.......!
Ah, the funky rug house! Good taste-it definitely has charm. And no worries about the roof; it's all safe and sound, asbestos-free! As for House #5 near the pig farm... let's just say it’s got character and an... interesting neighbor. Thanks for the reassurance though! 😊
I don't get it, don't you already have all the room you need and even have the fruit trees and veggies, and space for a dog? You took such loving care to re-do that house and now you feel you have to leave? You're still a young man, I don't think you should isolate yourself too much, you still want friends and family to come out and visit. Perhaps you are planning to become an organic farmer or something? I hope you find what you really want this time around, remember, there's no such thing as "perfect".
Thank you for such a thoughtful comment. I’ve put so much heart into my last place, and it will always be special to me. But life has a way of shifting our paths, and I find myself needing a fresh start. These new homes are close enough to Copenhagen to stay connected, and each one offers a new kind of potential for me. Not looking for "perfect"-just a place that feels right for this chapter of my life. It’s a big step, but I’m hopeful it leads me exactly where I need to be.
@@AllanTorp I watch your videos, I enjoy them and right now I love going on this journey with you to find the next best thing and I wish you lots of luck! I love this peaceful place with much potential and I was wondering if the floors could be dug down a few feet to give you the ceiling height you need. I have seen many videos where expensive townhouses needing more space dig down an entire floor to add more space.
I get it-none of these places may feel like the obvious "one," but sometimes the charm takes a little longer to see. There’s definitely something special about that Christmas tree farm, though. It’s hard not to imagine turning it into a cozy retreat, especially around the holidays! You might be onto something with that one. 🎄😊

Hi Allan it’s great seeing you on UA-cam! So excited to witness you going on this new journey! I loved the lake house and the 3rd property!🏡

Number 1, lake house. Lots of light, the view was nice, and i liked the house.

Number one ❤
i like the yellow house
Funky red 😊
This location of number three is so lovely, I would absolutely love to stay in a place like this!
House #3 and #4 are really beautiful
House number 4. Your heart was in your voice when you were there.
House No 1 is my favourite

House 3
#4!
What a handsome chap
number 4
I would choose Scandinavian for kitchen.
Number 4
I’m surprised by you choice at 5he end, it’s one with the least ground and hardly any trees. Maybe it’s just me..
House Nr4 looks really nice for me, the christmas farm wonderland would also be a really good idea but for me houses are overrated land and location matters
Kom til skønneste Mors ;-)
Only you can know which place feels like home. The potential of a property has little to do with it.
You’re so right-finding a place that truly feels like home goes beyond just potential or renovation plans. It’s about that feeling when you walk through the door. Thanks for the reminder; I think I found a spot that just clicked!
It all com es down to the price
absolutely - all these are in the same range within my budget
Vær sikker på at der ikke er japansk pileurt på grunden. Det er der nemlig arbejde ved.. 😞
