I used finish high gloss epoxy on the inside and it brought out that carbon like crazy turned out awesome. I inlay most of my boats. Ives build 3 Ul 19s and different motor and esc setups. There are all beast. Love the hobby.
Did you thin the epoxy before applying? I was considering another topcoat but was afraid it would add to much weight?
Guess now would be the time to do it before I I install water cooling & Speed control...
@@IRONCLADRC harbor freight has cheap cup guns and and I use the Zpoxy finishing resin and spray a coat inside and no I didn’t have to thin it it’s already pretty thin. It’s gel coat basically. Stuff will make it pop and look 3d

Finish resin is gel coat just fyi. Finding info on the net is tough. Its like they wanna keep it a secret

Nice!... I 3D print my custom mounts. With 100% infill, they're pretty rugged.
That's awesome, same style mount? Probably quicker to make than my method.

Mount came out great. Tried making ESC mount for FT011. I cut it with a Jig Saw turned out Terrible . Saw just walks all over the place. What bade kind of blade are you using for your Dremel. Its cuts great.
I'm using a "diamond" cutting wheel but a regular Dremel metal cutting disc works just aswell

I'm scratching my head why you didn't put a support under the end of the servo epoxy to the deck of the boat!? Cause no matter what it will move around!
The carbonfiber/epoxy I used to install the mount should hold her tight..
