Really nice guide and video Lars! I'm happy that the world will now know how to Lion. But I'm sad that now I have to play against good Lions every time 😅

Awesome! That is how I started out as well. I am so glad to hear that the guides are helpful for you. The southern Kingdom clans feel very different compared to the other NG clans because you cannot work all the buildings with all workers at the same time. How to distribute subjects can be quite the challenge. IMO it's all about the 800 setup + the end goal you have to have in mind. Keep up the grind. Both clans will be worth it 💪

Question regarding Lion kingdom and military path - Legion. How does the third tier talent (double bonus from upgraded military buildings) interact with Lion? As far as i am aware upgrading military camp does not provide any bonuses, unlike in north clans where they provide flat % bonuses, it just allows you to recruit certain type of unit and expand your band?
As far as I know, the champions gain attack speed. Afterwards, that bonus increases after hitting 1500 military expierence by 100% You can imagine what happens then x)
great guide, do you plan revisiting other clans after those latest patches? :) most important tip is to use INFO on the tiles, especially for beginners to see exactly how's livability going on, southern clans really depend on starting tile layout, if really good then upgraded tavern on main tile boosting livability on all other tiles is OP, also in your play I'd probably build woodcutter on right bottom tile for quicker unit swap between mine and wood, and also there's a thin balance between getting iron vs getting stone (because upgrading everything for more livability gives bigger convert pop later)
Thanks a lot! I like your ideas and I see that you put a lot of thought into this. I actually tried woodcutter near stone mine the first run I played this spawn and I ultimately valued mining while working woodcutters over placing both in the same tile and changed my building distribution. However, you can definitely make a case for your approach! Tavern on main is a possibility, but I feel like that is not needed most of the time. Would that be as optimal as I imagine it to be or am I overthinking and should I just spam Champion only?
Hey Cova thank you for your wonderful comment! Best lategame for Lion is going for full Hauberk Champs with 1 Holy Fire Paladin and tons of champion camp upgrades.
