Instant pot timing not clear. Please explain

First, Pressure cook - High pressure - 1 mins - Natural release for 15 mins (Total time is about 40 mins)
Then, check the chicken's well doneness => "Saute" mode and add Pho spice bag into the pot for 15 mins => Keep warm and ready to serve
