Ive been tracking my marcos fpr the last week and average carbs have been 235g, which i think is too low as training fpr Hyrox 6 days a week and calories used are usually around 3200 according to Garmin.
Thank you. Yes it will depend on your weight and body composition. My garmin predicts around 3200 also but speaking to Steve I think it’s more like 4000cal. My current macros are around 50% (470-500g) carbs 25%protein 25% fats. And I’m a couple months from my main race. So I would probably bump the carbs up a bit
