Thanks a lot for your video ! I've been doing 10 sprints for 45" wirh 30" rest in between, feels like I've been in zone 5 ! 2 weeks ago I tried 30 minutes WOD where you are in zone 4, did it 4 time this week I loved it ! But not sure if it is a bit too much for recovery, no injuries and very good feeling. I'd loce to try your 1000 burpees challenge !! Have a good day
Thanks I appreciate it. The sprint intervals are likely too short with not enough rest to reach zone 5. It would probably average in zone 3/4. If you want to reach z5 you’d have to work maximal for 3-5mins with equal rest. But keep up the hard work Id love to know how you get on with the burpees. Have a good one
That's exactly the point to me ! You race mainly against yourself, and even if you are in the middle of a lot of people, you're alone to make it :) Can't talk for the elites thought, but this sport is really unique to m
@daviddelayat-dnapictures I won outright in bilbao and all I get is a cheap flag. There is no reward for success. At least in running races you actually win a prize!
Hammer!❤⚡️

Best I ever won running in the UK was a £25 voucher for an obscure local running shop@@lean2281
