【Vegan】Fuqi Feipian

- This is a vegetarian version of Fuqi Feipian (aka. Mr.& Mrs.Smith) I am from Sichuan, so I made this vegetarian version. I found that the taste is not inferior compared with the traditional version, and the method is also much simpler. Why not give it a try?
Ingredients:
350g King Oyster mushroom
Fresh Tofu skin 100g (or soak dried tofu skin in water for 20 hours)
100g Celery
2 Tbsp chopped cooked peanuts
Coriander to taste
Carrot 35g
Soaking seasoning for Tofu skin:
One and a half star anise
1 Piece of bay leaf
A Small piece of cinnamon
1 Tbsp soy cauce
Seasoning:
1 Tbsp chili oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tsp brown rice vinegar
1/2 Tsp brown sugar
1 Tsp Sichuan pepper oil
4-5 Tbsp water/stoke
TIPS:
If you can't find the type of tofu skin I used in the video, you can use any kind of tofu product here.
