Smooth as silk!
My new favorite recipe!
Wow!!
great
Amazing recipe, we just tried it with green onions instead of chives for the sauce and it's just outstanding. Best fish I've had in a while.
I made this recipe. The best taste that I had in my entire life!

Thank you for the good explanation about fileting the fish. The croutons came out unfortunately soaked with oil and therefore unpleasant - if I am to make the recipe again, I might use just a hint of the oil in the pan.
Great Chef instructor. Loved the simplicity and freshness of the ingredients. Thank you for such a great recipe.
Cannot wait to put my hands on a fresh snapper!
awesome technique. ......but spot the editing error
Two people? Nah chef that's my appetizer 🤤
Any true chef knows you don't throw away the rest of the fish, you make a good fish stock or soup with it.
If you ask me my greek pellet says the best way to grill a bream is simply olive oil, garlic salt and pepper but I'm willing to try this.
lemon and mint make this dish so fresh and exciting. I tried it today and I loved it. Sure, what you are describing is a classic and it works. But some variation can bring excitement to a familiar dish.
he just threw half of the fish away
Sad
👌👍💯💯
He really knwo how to handle fish.
Why not buyterfly it
great im from Turkey, this is cheapest fish on these month.
That’s big enough to feed two people? No way
"get your fishmonger to do all the work for you" lmao sure sure ,id be lucky my asian guy with attitude guts and scales it for me never mind having to explain in a detailed course how to do it your way
You could just go to a regular American grocery store and have the person who runs the seafood section do it for you.
@@CaptainAlliance maybe , if you can still find any , besides im in canada and it is all taken over by asians ,used to be italians and portuguese but if you find those guys they are more expensive
I heard this fish causes hallucinations
He threw away half of the fish.
so much waste.
I doubt its waste, it will go in fish soup/broth.
What a waste
this is shockingly wasteful, Chef!
