Hi there, in my personal opinion, UA-cam has failed with this feature. I almost always add directions or tips in the description of the video as I did this time. But if you’re on mobile, it’s not that obvious how to get there unfortunately. If you hit the three dots on the top right hand corner, and then description, you can see some instructions. Apologies, and I hope this helps.

I make salmon about 30 different ways. Sometimes it’s with dill, sometimes different versions of my barbecue rubs, sometimes with honey or maple syrup for a little sweetness . For this video, I wanted to show that something as simple as a bit of salt, pepper and lemon can do the trick with a good piece of fish. I grew up in the Azores, Portugal, where very often fish was cooked with only salt and it was incredibly delicious. Just my take, but I respect your opinion if this isn’t for you.

while yes, it does look good. your missing every component to good salmon like black pepper, and lime juice. see, here you only put it on high flame for 2 hours meaning you completely burnt the skin and thats the best part of the salmon. you want a crispy golden brown crust unlike this, its just burnt to a crisp. who wants a black ashy piece of salmon like this? its just sad that you wasted this great piece of salmon by burning the hell out of it and now its ruined. not only is the skin burnt but actual flesh isnt even cooked because you didnt use the wrist puncuation method where u press ur wrist on the left part by the tendon and then press the salmon, if the salmon releases the same way your wrist does, it is done. and you clearly didnt finish cooking it. i know because the way the top looks and its color is what the inside should look like and if the top looks like that then the inside must be raw so make sure you use the wrist punctuation method otherwise it will be raw like i said. also another thing is that the skin is completly burnt and just wasted. it should be golden brown and crispy and not burnt to a crisp. no one wants charcoal and ashes in their mouth. plus salmon is boring on its own so you should put it in a curry so it doesnt taste like unseasoned chicken that your grandma makes.
