Bro Imma say this before anyone else does. I’ve never been physically, mentally and emotionally attached to an interview. Msaki speaks so well and she is a soul healer . From this interview alone you can tell she is so warm and lovely. Love to everyone who is watching this and God bless Msaki❤️

In Matthew 9:22 Jesus just healed a woman with a blood issue.. turns and says to her "Your faith has made you well.." moments before, he didn't know her, she believed if she touched(Intention to heal herself) him she'd be healed.. He had just collaborated with her Intention to receive healing... this quote is LIT beyond human perception, it's Godly.

Around 5:05 Msaki mentions Kothbiro. It’s a song by my brilliant and soulful Kenyan friend Ayub Ogada who died in 2019; and the instrument he plays on the song is called nyatiti. It is inspiring and heartening when South Africans embrace the artistic expression of other Africans, because sometimes our people can be quite narrow minded with regards to our shared history and collective consciousness. Thanks for the positive vibes.

What a well structured, organized interview. Nha Man Macg is good at this shit. Look at how they started by going deep in her music journey then transitioned smoothly to her upgringing while they "mized" the elephant in the room and only to get to it later when she was now comfortable.
They then closed it off by going back to her music and her career in general.
What a sweetheart. Very professional as well. Look at how she respectfully dogged that smash or pass game and how she answered the question of "does size matter".. He answered it by using a cricket bat analogy and evryone kept moving 😂

Mac G is not a musician, so he does not understand the concept of art and talent. Sun El is a talented artist.

She sounded more emotional when she had to breakdown her lyrics to McG but much calm having to explain her lifestory. She has such a powerful voice she spoke far from the mic and her voice was clear at all times. She's also very eloquent. Dope interview

Msaki isn't only a great singer and artist but also a great talker, I could listen to her for days. She has so much wisdom and she understands the Art. I love how you guys also handled the interview and did not try to invade her privacy that much. What a good one.

Fetch Your Life was a turning point for me, that song opened my eyes. I picked myself up and stopped making excuses. It brought back the fight in me. And ndalwa with everything I had in me. December 2020 I hit a slump again, down and depressed. I bumped into Ubom'abumanga - the lines "lizophum'ilanga, yizandik' khumbuze, Ubom'abumanga" and "soz'abekh' ofana nawe" hit me. It felt like my ancestors were talking me. A reminder of who and what I am. Thank you Msaki 💝 your gift brings healing, hope and strength to many. May God bless you sisi Wam.

True. Let me add the importance of having present parents, whether they’re fully behind you financially or they’re giving you space to grow & fund your own growth. They’re there. Imagine if most of us came from those complete & functioning family units, instead of from struggling single parents, I believe we’d all be more well-rounded & more supportive of each other instead of all the hate some people spew mostly because of their own past hurt 😢
