It's less to do with what he is saying and more how he says it. He mispronounces the word so it sounds like a vulgar word for female genitalia. (He sounds like he's saying the word cunt)

@@mariachiappa7695 Oh, then yeah that's it! Count is a title, Like Count Dracula. He's saying he is sad and Count just happens to be what he is. Like if he said he was a sad man or something. except its more dramatic to say "A forlorn count" and funnier to say "a forlorn cunt" XD
