The guy in the chrome tank has the best job: he gets to chrome the parts and work in a second job on his phone, because he just can't get it out of his hand even to get the final shot lol

At those barrels, you should be able to fully submerse an item and use a bath like the first one 🫠
I worked with this equipment before in a non healthy way, I had faulty equipment and no ventilation or a direct negative vacuum hood.
The baths weren't maintained, and one was nearly so accidic that it started to eat at the pumps and tub.
The other one was anti phosphates bath for a heavy cleaning of steel scales . You could make matches by laying a stick in it 🤨😂😂 that is abad mkay.
The worst thing to come is that the guy in charge shrugged it off and said if you can't see it, it'll probably won't do you any harm.
My response was a question: Have you ever heard of radiation like in chernobyl? 🤣🤣🤣
Or pain 🤐 I turned around and walked out the door that didn't bite me on my way out 😆

Those exhausts look very similar to the pattern ones I’ve been fitting to my 1990’s Yamaha T80 for the last 15 years, they last about 2 years in the English climate and winters!!…….

So much manual work. These handy people are only supposed to operate the machines. And the machines are supposed to do all the work on the product. I admire how they do without protective gear. In today's world, history and reality at the same time. Hopefully there will never be an accident.

That’s a exhaust for asian bikes. Very old model. Nice video
Hard to guess which one had the safest job. Breathing: saw metal, weld fumes, buffing, chrome plating, final buff……little to no protection. The lackadaisical way the plating was done with one hand gloved and the other bare on the phone brought multi-tasking to a new level.

I found this video to be really interesting! It's amazing to see the level of precision and attention to detail that goes into creating these components.
