This is a Gibson Les Paul Standard 50's Dirty Lemon Burst (limited edition), plugged straight into a Germino Lead 55 ('68 stock Marshall Plexi replica).
I actually filmed/recorded this video a while ago, a day after buying the guitar, and never had time to finish it until today.

That's is a boss of a Lester, fantastic plexi type of tone and chops as good as anyone and better than most. Great vibrato control width and pitch.

Germino amps are awesome! My favorite guitar player, Charlie Starr (Blackberry Smoke) uses the 55. His tone is always on point!

Incredible playing and fantastic tone! I noticed that you're plugged into the low sensitivity input of the Germino. Was that to reign in the volume and increase clarity a bit even though you used the Ox? Does the amp have the PPIMV mod? What speakers did you use?

Does your Germino have a bright cap in it?
My Germino headroom 100 didn’t and I put one in. Greg Germino also put in a power transformer that puts out around 465v on the plates since the one it had in originally was a whopping 515v.
I also replaced the filtering to 12000 specs and changed the coupling caps to NOS mustards. Also made the NFB 100k on the 8 ohm tap. I prefer it to the 4ohm, gets a bit too gnarly that way.
You get a great sound and of course play super well.
Was just wondering what was under the hood since Greg’s amps can be made to sound even better.
