    Mam I am Sivananda yoga practitioner,Wheel pose is no5 in series after 6 sets of Sun Sulation,My problem with this pose is that I can't place full palms on ground and my elbows extends outside, how to deal with this problem?

    I can do this by lying on the floor and then i just lift my body up... But I can't walk in this position... I am 14 year old and please tell me about that... And plzz tell us how to do backbend....

    I cud do it easily a decade ago, then stopped Aasan completely. Started Aasan again, tried Chakra Aasan but couldn't do it, then after another Gap of 3 Months have succeeded....but can't do for more than 45 seconds.

      Never stop your breath.. this is the mistake most people do... Continue breathing.. although it's difficult... But breathe as much as you can 😇👍👍

      It's works on reducing the belly fat... And all yoga practice just reduce the extra fat from body parts
