Thanks for your very helpful videos, I have a question: next week we have a interview in Guangzhou for immigrant visa based on the NIW-EB2, I applied for US visa three times but always was rejected ( two times for tourist visa and one for student), but now the conditions is changed and I am married now and the visa type is different, but my husband the main applicant is first time he applied for US visa and I am independent this time, do you think those rejections history affect my case? how to answer them in case they ask? Thanks again for your help

I have a question: I haven't found a place to live in the US yet. Can I use my school's address as my living address, even though my school doesn't have dorms? Will this raise any concerns during my F1 Visa interview?
Thanks,God did it 🙏🏻
Having a Latent Tuberculosis Infection, how can that affect your dv lottery interview and the insurance of a visa?
My f1visa is on dec 9 hope it goes well 😢Mumbai consultant
Mine is on 10 Dec in Mumbai
Bro please tell your result
My 11
Plz share your experience or counter
Hey ! I hope you're having a great day. I was wondering if you can answer my question. My dad visited the united states on a J1 visa back in 2022 and came back back in 2023. Will this be a plus point for me in my interview which is on 11 December. I am going for study purpose on F1 visa .
I've always visited the US for tourism with an ESTA. If I have an appointment for a B1/B2 for a short trip, might the interviewer deny me simply because I could be getting the ESTA instead, and with less hassle?
I stayed in the USA for 170 days on a B1/B2 visa and then applied for a Change of Status to an F1 visa, for which the duration of the English Language course is 4 months. What are the chances of approval in such a case? Could you provide me with some guidance or share any experience?
Please reply to me. I request you
On 05 Dec i have my j1 visa interview i hope i got selected

They just asked two questions and they said I’m not qualify
Hello! How are you doing?
Please I am an International student in Canada. I applied for us tourist visa in March. And I got a date for February 2026. But last week I received an email that I am qualified for the new date. I change my date to January 2025
However, my study permit expires in February 2025. I can only apply for a postgraduate work permit in January month end. Please should I cancel the date?
I have my B1 B2 visa interview is coming 3 days wish me you all guys.
Did you get it?
My Visa got approved.. Thanks ZF visa... chai and coaching and Argo Visa.. for all the tips and insights.. got approved within 15-20 secs
Just the name of my program was asked first and then the purpose of that.
Don't ask for my answers but I would recommend that Don't be offended if the visa officer Don't make eye contact with you and did not respond to your greetings.
Just be confident and clear in your answers and you should be good.
Thanks Alot!
@@UmarKhan-o7r thank you for your advice ❤️

"I don't want to make an excuse" and in less than one second shifted to make an excuse for bad behavior at work and for being rude towards people. Girl, we all have a really difficult job under our personal point of view and we have to try to not transfer our frustration to another person. Why should someone have empathy with a rude VO if the VO has no empathy for the person standing in front? Your argument is completely invalid.
I got my b1 b2 visa denied at the USA embassy last month it was my first
Sorry
Take time to talk to God before applying for it. Wait until God answers you then you can make your choice.
Is it possible to get 0:01 F1 visa for English language program of 4 months duration.
Mandy, the Visa Officer knew that when they enter the diplomat job they will be having difficulty in terms of the load of their work. they are not serving their purpose. They should be pulled out immediately from the service because of their behaviour
True people are not listening questions properly
very slow voice
Who cares if they are annoyed when you ask them why after they already denied you? are they going to put a note for the future that says this person asked me why after I denied and it made me mad??? why do you have to continue kissing ass after you already got rejected? American here - just frustrating to see how abuse of power and power trips work in the minds of some of these officers - How does Asking Why the denial ? is seen as having a bad attitude?? people want information to improve next time is the reason they ask, its not an attack on somebody or bad attitude - these officers seem to have a power trip to me
She has explained it: if you annoy the officer after the denial, he can put some negative notes on your file and they will be seen by the next visa officer when you reapply.
Otherwise, you are right about having to much power…:).
My Visa Appointment Story (January 13th, 2025)
Consulate: Karachi, Pakistan
Visa Type: B2
I had mentioned in my visa application that I would be traveling with my mother, who already holds a US visitor visa. I had a printed copy of her visa sticker at the top of my documents, which I held in a way that made it easily visible to the visa officer.
The visa officer greeted me in a serious tone, but was not rude. I responded with a smile. He asked for my passport and reviewed my visa application.
Visa Officer: Is that your mother's visa sticker scanned printout that you're holding?
Me: Yes.
Visa Officer: Why do you want to travel to the US?
Me: I want to visit my sister, brother in law, and my nephew, who is due in April. Since he's the first baby in our family, we're really excited to meet him and spend quality time with our family.
Visa Officer: When will you be traveling?
Me: June.
Visa Officer: For how many days?
Me: Three weeks.
Visa Officer: What do you do professionally?
Me: I've been working in the xxx industry for the past xxx years, and my role is xxx.
Visa Officer: I think we'll stamp your visa (still in a serious tone).
He kept my passport and handed me the blue slip.
Me: Thank you!
I took the blue slip and left.
My takeaways from this experience are:
- Dress well
- Have a smile on your face
- Be confident
- Be honest
- Try to have a conversation, rather than just giving one word answers
- Look into their eyes while answering questions
In my opinion, travel history is important to some extent.
My travel history: Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia
The Visa Officer did not look at any of my documents. They rarely do but I suggest carry them anyway.
P.S. I was refused a US B2 visa in 2017 when I wanted to visit my cousin brother for his wedding.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!
Congratulations!
