@@ZFvisaHi ZFvisa, I lost my old passport which had lot of entry and exit stamps and visa from lot of country's including uk, europe and canada. Now i have new passport so how can i show my travel history to visa officer or does the visa officer able to see which countries I've been to by scanning my new passport at the time of interview?
I have been refused visa for Canada. Am I supposed to mention that to the VO during interview or is it about US visa refusal?
Thanks for the advice ma’am 😊
You’re very welcome!
Mandy you always give awesome tips Thank you so much. Please more info on F2 visas
Have you watched my video on F-2 visas?
If i want to apply for visa do I need to buy first ticket?
Hello Ma'am , wish u have a lovely day!
I was denied tourist visa last 2022. At that time i forgot to mention that i have a case number, married to a US citizen and has a US citizen son.
Now, i am planning to apply again for tourist visa or B1/B2.
The only changes this time is,
I divorced my husband,
My son recently went to tje US for school,
I have canadian multiple visa and actually used it ,went to Canada for 4 months and came bavk to my homw country.
I have a small business 😂😂🤗
You'll need to be ready to explain your current situation, your mistake at your last interview, and what has changed since you applied last time. Please reach out to us at info@zvisa.com if you'd like our help!
I'm going to have my interview next month so worry 😊
Good luck.
Same here my interview is coming this month. Good luck to both of us. God bless.
I have a question but I don't how to convince the Visa about it , I'm a laboratory assistant in my home country an I now apply at u s to study nursing instead of lab....
So he may ask why the change? I need idea how to overcome this question
Thank you ma'am ☺️
You’re welcome!
If you are going for DS 260 green card interview under employment , do officers review your file before the day of the interview? I had overstayed my visa 30 years ago, would that make me admissible? I will disclose everything truthfully on DS260.
Thank you ZF visa
Please can a consular see the current status of your relative in the US?
Cos I think I might have made a blunder as I was denied two weeks ago, preparing for a reapplication and I just want to be sure I don't make the same mistake
Thank you ma'am for all the information shared we got approved last Dec. 20 but can i asked why my daughter's visa didnt arrive yet but my visa and my son arrived already after 5 days
this is so true , thank you mandy for your good work
Thanks for watching!

At out of all the common questions, only to asked and honest answers given but rejected the visa cuz she was asked if she is married and the she gave was no. It is that single mothers can't be approved visa for a visit less than six months?
I’m sorry to hear about that outcome. That is just one factor the Visa Officer takes into consideration. Single parents can pass if they have other good ties to their home country.
My visa was previously denied but now i have more funding to study the same program in a different university. Is it advisable to change my university in this circumstance

Thank you Mandy for all you do. My cousin was currently denied or refused 3 times with 214(b) I think. The third one, the school gave a new I-20 with a new sevis number. We didn’t know so didn’t check to make the payment. The v officer brought to his attention that his attention since the sevis receipt and the I-20 shows 2 different numbers. He’s preparing to go again. Please what do you suggest he does this time, since he’s not sure if it’s his answers to the questions asked or the ds160 that’s causing the refusal. Please help, once again thank you 🙏🏾
Thank you Mandy.

Hi, my F1 visa has been rejected under 501 section in the first interview and the 214b section in the second one. Do I still have a chance?

Visa denials? Are we only talking about US visas or could it be any? For more clarity
It could be any visa! Remember to be honest when you answer your visa officer's questions.

Is it necessary to change university? Even if ur university is best for ur program?

Hi,
I have B1/B2 visa valid for another 8 years. My H1B visa is in progress for 2024-25.
Does my B1/B2 visa get effect if H1B approved and stamped? Please advise.
No, you can have both.
hello! I just got denied for a US Visa. How soon can I reapply again? Would it be okay to reapply again the same day I got denied?
I think the reasons I got denied is that I was unsure with my answer about my uncles work and I should have chosen the sponsor option since my aunt have mentioned that she'll be paying for everything during my stay in the US but instead chose self because I will be the one purchasing my round trip ticket.
Send us an email to info@zfvisa.com. This will depend on your unique situation, so we need to know more before we can offer any advice.

I know this is a huge red flag but i have no idea how to even try to get approved. Hello ma, i am planning to apply for my F1 visa with funding deficit of $358. is it advisable to apply with my husband. Also, can i use my husband fund to sponsor myself if he wont be joining me .
You will need to work on explaining your funding to the Visa Officer. Consider taking our F-1 Visa training course at www.zfvisaguides.com so you can prepare.
I am from Nepal. I came US as PhD student in F1 status with fully funded scholarship. I recently got married and we are planning spouse visa/ dependent visa for her to come in USA! During the time my spouse came to know that her uncle over US ( US citizen) has applied for relative visa (F4) in us embassy for my spouse father( basically his father's brother). The priority date for tha visa is 2010 but when i look current visa satus it is showing the process being going for 2007. I sent her my I20 as F2 category! Is that her father visa status of intention to go to US will affect my spouse having F2 affect her interview! Do visa officer reject my spouse visa due to tha reason! Need help on this!
Good questions! Please reach out to us at info@zfvisa.com, and we'll see how we can help you navigate through these issues.
Love you sweet lady😍
If the visa officer asked about any previous visa refusals, is it about the refusal for the US OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY? What If I had a refusal for another country and answer "No, I don't have any refusals for the US before, this is my first time to attend to a US visa interview "
If you could give me your thought about this answer, I will really appreciate.

i applied at the same date with canadian visa and us visa but my application with canada got denied. is it automatic that i will be denied for my us visa application? i previously have canadian and us visa but my passport was lost so i reapplied. i visited usa already 3 times and canada 1 time. we stayed in those travel a maximum of two weeks only. the reason for my denial in my canadian visa was i do not have enough ties in my country. it was because at the time of my application, i already resigned from my job overseas and is now starting our own small business. i was the head of the company but it was just a start up and 1 year from the time i resigned from my job abroad
Just because your Canadian visa was denied doesn't mean that your US visa will automatically be denied. Remember to answer any questions your Visa Officer asks honestly.

My Visa Appointment Story (January 13th, 2025)
Consulate: Karachi, Pakistan
Visa Type: B2
I had mentioned in my visa application that I would be traveling with my mother, who already holds a US visitor visa. I had a printed copy of her visa sticker at the top of my documents, which I held in a way that made it easily visible to the visa officer.
The visa officer greeted me in a serious tone, but was not rude. I responded with a smile. He asked for my passport and reviewed my visa application.
Visa Officer: Is that your mother's visa sticker scanned printout that you're holding?
Me: Yes.
Visa Officer: Why do you want to travel to the US?
Me: I want to visit my sister, brother in law, and my nephew, who is due in April. Since he's the first baby in our family, we're really excited to meet him and spend quality time with our family.
Visa Officer: When will you be traveling?
Me: June.
Visa Officer: For how many days?
Me: Three weeks.
Visa Officer: What do you do professionally?
Me: I've been working in the xxx industry for the past xxx years, and my role is xxx.
Visa Officer: I think we'll stamp your visa (still in a serious tone).
He kept my passport and handed me the blue slip.
Me: Thank you!
I took the blue slip and left.
My takeaways from this experience are:
- Dress well
- Have a smile on your face
- Be confident
- Be honest
- Try to have a conversation, rather than just giving one word answers
- Look into their eyes while answering questions
In my opinion, travel history is important to some extent.
My travel history: Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia
The Visa Officer did not look at any of my documents. They rarely do but I suggest carry them anyway.
P.S. I was refused a US B2 visa in 2017 when I wanted to visit my cousin brother for his wedding.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!
