- Today we are going over how to install a wig with glue. Installing a wig for longer wear is an easy way to stay on the move. This wig for beginners video is the best wig tutorial to master. As you all know, I love my wigs! I have tried many wigs and experimented with different ways to wear them. However, gluing a wig on for a couple of days isn't my norm. Frankly, I change out my girls every day to keep people guessing. So, I decided " why not try something new today. I glued this girl on my head for a little while. Love the video but I'm wondering how this would work with longer hair. Gonna have to test it.
I did it with a very long wig 2 days later to test that theory out and it worked really well you just have to make sure you wear a sleep cap.

Damn girl, thanks for the tips on the wig cap with the got to be glued. My bio hair is extremely slippery so I never bother with them. This was super clever, love it, I can't thank you enough!
Absolutely! My odd shaped head doesn’t like them either!

How do you deal with the ears? Are the “ear parts” resting on top of your ears? Do you cut space for the ears?

I can’t wait to see the results in 2 days for real! I was thinking if I go on vacation next year I don’t want to have to bring a ton of wigs. I wonder how long the glue would keep the wig down? Also I wonder how knotted the wig may get from just everyday wear? a I have wigs that don’t knot at all and wigs that get easily knotted just from a days wear.great video as always

I would love to have help on wearing a wig I'm having trouble keeping them down but I don't know anything about the glue because I have very sensitive skin and I'm new to this but I also found out I had cancer to so please help

Can this be done with a hard front wig?
For hard front wigs I recommend Wig tape to secure them.
I just got a wig by "Wiggy" It looks fake :( love to see how u could fix it its alaso too dark at roots its a platinum shoulder length layered bob. I Love your video,,, i'm not sure I am able to do all that u have shown and it still look like real hair TYVM for the video's
I was in the same boat when I started. It gets easier with time. My husband can do it now because he edits all my videos. Lol 😂
I can't imagine anyone wanting to sleep with a wig on! I have a question though- if you have super short hair and you're technically gluing the wig to your skin anyway as you did in the video, do you even need the wig cap? I'm talking more for a one-day use. I don't have a wig cap but it's extremely hot where I live, and I have been wondering if it's necessary.
You don’t have to wear one it’s personal preference. Usually I wear one more to just add a layer between my hair oils and the wig so it doesn’t get dirty as fast but you definitely don’t have to wear one if you prefer not to.

Yes I was a little unsure the first few times I used it to but not at all as bad as you think.

You can but you need to use a wig glue remover.
Hey I wanted to ask how long can yoh have it on approximately? And if it's synthetic wig can you swim and shower with it?
The longest I've worn one is three days (however I know people that wear them longer). When I take a shower I put the wig up. I have gone swimming before and put it up as well. If the ends get wet, it's fine. Just don't brush through it until it's dry.
