Probably the best lesson for this song on youtube, everyone else plays it’s in such a generic way which is somewhat correct but I feel like this is probably as close as it gets to how to actually play it
your welcome brother some guys go on for far too long about the history of the band and I just wanted get at it man while were still above ground Lol thanks again I'll be keeping an eye for your posts
You're correct but with two guitars, one played your/standard tuning way combined with video as shown above, you get multiple Octaves/Power chords being played offsetting each other. It really works with cool effect.
This is the best so far. The chorus sounds perfect
Cool, thanks a lot!
Man, so many hack versions out there. Thanks for this version! perfect for a solo acoustic show.
For sure Jacob and thanks! You're welcome!

Awesome to hear, thanks!
is this song in drop d tuning? ive looked every where else and almost everyone forgets about the chorus which is the best part
chris mario Ya it's in Drop D, I put the tuning info at the start of the video.
Nice tutorial - cheers.
P.s better without the skip part ;)
Got it, thanks!
What kind of guitar is that your playing ?
kewl
nice
Thanks!
I play it on A (222) then asus(220) for A
You can do that also, I demo that around 2:41
Taylor 214ce-G
What is the last chord of the chorus ?
I would say it's a D/A or a D power chord with an A in the bass.
G-ish with 6th string a G note in Dropped D tuning. A>D>Bm>(D grace)>G
Yikes...alot easier playing in standard w/ A 0-2-2-2-0-x and Dsus 4 to D (x-x-0-2-3-3) to (x-x-0-2-3-2)
BeeRock200 I like the Drop D version personally, but that way works. That's why I demoed both versions.
