My favourite beauty videos, although I’ll admit I still watch other beauty gurus I end up skipping half of their videos as why do I need a 20 minute video to hear them talk about like 3 products when it could be a five minute video, your videos are so precise and to the point it’s such a refreshing change

I used to use the "Chanel Le Volume de Chanel" mascara, but the Rimmel Waterproof mascara does the exact same job. If anything Rimmel works better for me... Loved your collection. I would use it all!
I really like UA-cam videos. Especially the beauty related ones. I love looking at new products and their swatches. Although I am a fan of some youtubers I am at the same time tired of looking at different (mostly uninteresting) faces that are trying desperately to make a difference in UA-cam. Hi Matilda, I would like to recommend some Korean brands I love! Concealer/base: Clio (their concealers are amazing!) BB cushion: Sulwhasoo, Laneige, IOPE, Corsx Lips: Peripera (their liptints are a must-try!), Laneige, Etude house, 3ce Eyeshadows: Etude house, Helmish, 3ce
Matilda Japanese brand definitely worth a try! Covermark and Twanty have great foundation, almost tinted moisturiser feeling but covers nicely. Shu Uemura has the best eyebrow pencil. Cannake has award winning cream cheek color. Excel has wonderful eyeshadow quads. The last two are drugstore items. These are the Brands I have tried and love. Another two ones I really wish to try but never got a chance are Three and RMK. Both have great blushes. One Chinese brand I would recommend is mgpin, created by the best Chinese makeup artist. Hope it helps ~

mascara is the bane of my life i can nEVER get one to give volume and length but not make my eyelashes look like spiders!! they always end up far too crunchy adn stiff so i will be trying le volume de chanel as soon as i can xx
I love Perricone MD no highlighter highlighter. Very natural and subtle glow. Also the Charlotte Tilbury bronze and glow duo is great. I also love the glossier boy Brow and sugar plum.

The Burberry Earthy blush is one of my favorite eyeshadows too! I had yet to find another youtuber that uses it this way. Subscribed today! And the Kevin Aucoin sculpting powder in Medium is the perfect one and go eyeshadow for me. I snatched up that Chanel quad the moment I saw it and I cannot believe it was in 2016 - it feels new everytime I use it. Beautiful choices and I enjoyed your explainations as to why you selected them.
I used to be very minimal with my makeup, never used foundation and hated blush, I'd mostly use lipstick, a few eye products, and sometimes pressed powder, but some time in my mid to late 20's I got bit by the makeup bug. I mostly buy drugstore makeup but in the future I aspire to have a simple, beautiful, high end, curated collection much like yours.
That's was a tough job! I think we all change our favorites now and then. I'm currently loving: the MAC strobe cream as hydrating and illuminating primer, the MAC face and body as foundation, the Bourjois Radiance Reveal concealer (and the Clarins instant light brush on), the MAC pro longwear brow set, Cloud paints as blushers, Cover FX enhancer drops in Sunkissed as bronzer (also love the Chanel one you mentioned), Lancome's Eclat Miracle as highlighter (and the Charlotte Tilbury's light wand) and the Clarins Ever Matte pressed powder. For eyes, the Kiko and The Balm's sticks eyeshadows, the Chanel waterproof eyeliners, Maybelline lash Sensational mascara and the Loreal Lash Paradise. Lipstick's are just another world, but I'm loving the Revlon HD Gel lipcolor in Sand and the Lancome Matte Shakers. It's a great exercise to realize what are we really into it, or just have for the fun of it. Much love!

Bobbi Brown creamy concealer is the best. It doesn’t make me breakout which is so rare to find and if I use it over powder on spots it covers amazingly. Other than that I only use glossier cherry balm which is my favorite ❤️ don’t need a separate lip color or lip balm.
Everytime I think of trying a drugstore brand, I remind myself that high end brands give me more satisfaction with regards to quality. And why compromise on quality, this life is precious:-) Chanel and Tom Ford would be my go to brands even if that means I have to wait longer:-) Xoxo
PlumPlum06 the sunshine oil and cooling water are great! however I have the blue shadow liner and it doesn't line very well, smudges everywhere, and doesn't last long at all. I have the blur stick as well and it's an average product, just another primer. not worth it in my opinion

For me, holy grail products = - NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils in Yogurt and Iced Mocha (need to try rust and bronze!) - Smashbox Photo Finish Primerizer - I don't wear foundation often but I still use this every day as an extra shot of hydration before any makeup - Revlon ColorBurst Balm Stain in Honey - I think I've actually repurchased this 5+ times. I first bought it in middle school when Revlon was doing a partnership with the Twilight movies and it was called the "just bitten" balm stain but it's such a beautiful color, and totally mindless to toss on.

Marie you know, it's kind of an enigma! I thought it was super cool toned and silvery until I compared it to others in my collection. I'd say it's a bronze, but a cool-toned one at that. If that makes any sense? Its beautiful though, I use it all the time all over the lids on lazy days when I want to look somewhat put together 😅

You should indefinitely try the tinted moisturizer by NARS. It's amazing and sits on your face flawlessly. I have got sensitive and dry skin (I know, what an excellent duo!) and have tried a bunch of products, regardless of the price range; the NARS one is my beau. ❤

Unfortunately the style of my channel doesn't feature me on camera but I usually just do a wash of one colour all over my eye using my finger or a big fluffy brush, plus a slightly darker shade in the crease or dabbing a dewy product over the top if I have time! x

HG for me would be uncoverup from rms. I spend more money on skincare because I’ve had hormonal acne throughout my 30’s. So now that my skin is looking rather lovely again (!) I want to show it off!!! Uncoverup is so good for my skin AND looks dewy, natural and undetectable! Other than that, HG’s are: • Living Luminiser • Master Mixer • Myth eye polish • Sacred lip gloss • Boy Brow I hate wearing mascara! Although I probably need to :/

I am a huge fan of Chanel’s Les Beiges line in almost all things. I love their Belle Mine All In One Healthy Glow - I am a swim instructor during the summer and this lightweight product makes it the ultimate summer must have, plus, it matches my tanned skin tone. I was going to buy the YSL Touche Eclat (after watching one of your earlier videos) but am now going to hit up Chanel for theirs. Le Volume de Chanel Mascara is my staple and is Le Rouge in Mademoiselle. Thanks for your wonderful videos!
Likewise, love their Les Beiges collections! Can't wait to try the latest one. So sad the 'healthy glow tint' was discontinued but I'm excited to see if the brand new 'moisturising tint' is similar! Many people have said it is 👍 x

That is very hard to pick a certain product, the ct glow beauty base. I can't remember what it is called is nice. Even Clinique moisture surge universal base, Bobbi Brown bisque concealer, mascara Clarins wonder volume, bb cream blush in pale pink, golden goddess palette by Charlotte Tilbury, sand wash pink from Bobbi Brown with ct pillow talk lip cheat. Just basic look if u couldn't take much with u. ❤❤❤❤
I would never swatch my Cle de Peau Ivory Concealer Lol... Its way too coveted, precious, and expensive.. lol I absolutely love, love love it! Its my Holy Grail concealer as well. Yes normal to dry! 👍 I definitely have a preference for creamy products, they give more of a dewy, fresh look to the face, rather than powder which can make me look too flat x

I was thinking about foundations: either the classic vitalumiere aqua or the healthy glow gel cushion foundation. You have already done a fabulous job on covering their lipsticks. Plus I am thinking about one of the cream eyeshadows (preferably in a nice browny-taupe color).

I really like BB Creams and they to fit my skintone pretty well even though they look a little bit grey sometimes. My favourite Lipsticks are Urban Decay Sheer Shimmer in "Seismic", Mac Satin Lipstick in "Cyber" and Mac Matte Lipstick in "Instigator" (BTW I have a fair Skintone with cool Undertones, Lightbrown Hair and Green Eyes)

The Burberry Earthy blush is one of my favorite eyeshadows too! I had yet to find another youtuber that uses it this way. Subscribed today! And the Kevin Aucoin sculpting powder in Medium is the perfect one and go eyeshadow for me. I snatched up that Chanel quad the moment I saw it and I cannot believe it was in 2016 - it feels new everytime I use it. Beautiful choices and I enjoyed your explainations as to why you selected them.

I used to be very minimal with my makeup, never used foundation and hated blush, I'd mostly use lipstick, a few eye products, and sometimes pressed powder, but some time in my mid to late 20's I got bit by the makeup bug. I mostly buy drugstore makeup but in the future I aspire to have a simple, beautiful, high end, curated collection much like yours.

That's was a tough job! I think we all change our favorites now and then. I'm currently loving: the MAC strobe cream as hydrating and illuminating primer, the MAC face and body as foundation, the Bourjois Radiance Reveal concealer (and the Clarins instant light brush on), the MAC pro longwear brow set, Cloud paints as blushers, Cover FX enhancer drops in Sunkissed as bronzer (also love the Chanel one you mentioned), Lancome's Eclat Miracle as highlighter (and the Charlotte Tilbury's light wand) and the Clarins Ever Matte pressed powder. For eyes, the Kiko and The Balm's sticks eyeshadows, the Chanel waterproof eyeliners, Maybelline lash Sensational mascara and the Loreal Lash Paradise. Lipstick's are just another world, but I'm loving the Revlon HD Gel lipcolor in Sand and the Lancome Matte Shakers. It's a great exercise to realize what are we really into it, or just have for the fun of it. Much love!

Bobbi Brown creamy concealer is the best. It doesn’t make me breakout which is so rare to find and if I use it over powder on spots it covers amazingly. Other than that I only use glossier cherry balm which is my favorite ❤️ don’t need a separate lip color or lip balm.

Everytime I think of trying a drugstore brand, I remind myself that high end brands give me more satisfaction with regards to quality. And why compromise on quality, this life is precious:-) Chanel and Tom Ford would be my go to brands even if that means I have to wait longer:-) Xoxo

Matilda have you tried milk makeup? If not you should. Its very similar to glossier but with some majical colors and products mixed in
PlumPlum06 the sunshine oil and cooling water are great! however I have the blue shadow liner and it doesn't line very well, smudges everywhere, and doesn't last long at all. I have the blur stick as well and it's an average product, just another primer. not worth it in my opinion

- Revlon ColorBurst Balm Stain in Honey - I think I've actually repurchased this 5+ times. I first bought it in middle school when Revlon was doing a partnership with the Twilight movies and it was called the "just bitten" balm stain but it's such a beautiful color, and totally mindless to toss on.

Marie you know, it's kind of an enigma! I thought it was super cool toned and silvery until I compared it to others in my collection. I'd say it's a bronze, but a cool-toned one at that. If that makes any sense? Its beautiful though, I use it all the time all over the lids on lazy days when I want to look somewhat put together 😅

You should indefinitely try the tinted moisturizer by NARS. It's amazing and sits on your face flawlessly. I have got sensitive and dry skin (I know, what an excellent duo!) and have tried a bunch of products, regardless of the price range; the NARS one is my beau. ❤

Unfortunately the style of my channel doesn't feature me on camera but I usually just do a wash of one colour all over my eye using my finger or a big fluffy brush, plus a slightly darker shade in the crease or dabbing a dewy product over the top if I have time! x

HG for me would be uncoverup from rms. I spend more money on skincare because I’ve had hormonal acne throughout my 30’s. So now that my skin is looking rather lovely again (!) I want to show it off!!! Uncoverup is so good for my skin AND looks dewy, natural and undetectable! Other than that, HG’s are:

I am a huge fan of Chanel’s Les Beiges line in almost all things. I love their Belle Mine All In One Healthy Glow - I am a swim instructor during the summer and this lightweight product makes it the ultimate summer must have, plus, it matches my tanned skin tone. I was going to buy the YSL Touche Eclat (after watching one of your earlier videos) but am now going to hit up Chanel for theirs. Le Volume de Chanel Mascara is my staple and is Le Rouge in Mademoiselle. Thanks for your wonderful videos!
Likewise, love their Les Beiges collections! Can't wait to try the latest one. So sad the 'healthy glow tint' was discontinued but I'm excited to see if the brand new 'moisturising tint' is similar! Many people have said it is 👍 x

Even Clinique moisture surge universal base, Bobbi Brown bisque concealer, mascara Clarins wonder volume, bb cream blush in pale pink, golden goddess palette by Charlotte Tilbury, sand wash pink from Bobbi Brown with ct pillow talk lip cheat. Yes normal to dry! 👍 I definitely have a preference for creamy products, they give more of a dewy, fresh look to the face, rather than powder which can make me look too flat x

Have you tried the YSL Baby Doll kiss&blush? They are my favourite cream blush formula. So smooth, stay on all day, and not too overly pigmented.

I was thinking about foundations: either the classic vitalumiere aqua or the healthy glow gel cushion foundation. You have already done a fabulous job on covering their lipsticks. Plus I am thinking about one of the cream eyeshadows (preferably in a nice browny-taupe color).

I really like BB Creams and they to fit my skintone pretty well even though they look a little bit grey sometimes. My favourite Lipsticks are Urban Decay Sheer Shimmer in "Seismic", Mac Satin Lipstick in "Cyber" and Mac Matte Lipstick in "Instigator" (BTW I have a fair Skintone with cool Undertones, Lightbrown Hair and Green Eyes)
