I LOVE orange-reds (and just oranges too tbh) I feel like its super flattering on a huge range of skin tones and I love that the same color can go classic 1930's hollywood, or weird and quirky modern, or statement lipstick depending on how its worn. the first lipstick I ever loved was a sample of estee lauder's nectarine that I borrow from my mom in 2007 or 2008. I loved it enough I bought my own tube with my tutoring money, which I still have.

The Chanel baume essentiel has been a wonderful discovery for me this year. It's a natural looking highlighter that gives that glow from within look. It's been hard finding a highlighter that isn't too metallic and shiny, but also doesn't contain coconut oil.

2019 has been a year of lipsticks for me. I think I got more lipsticks that year than all of my years combined started in 2015. I’m developing a bad habit I’m trying to ease in 2020 haha. I’ve bought over 40 red lips alone within 2019....🙈🙈 I have such a large CT collection now but I my top five lips are CT-walk of shame, stoned rose, and. red carpet. Dior 999. And Bobbi brown claret. Anyways, love the video Matilda. Very comprehensive. I see so many of my favorites in there as well!

I adore your channel! You inspired me to pursue a casual red lip with otherwise minimal makeup so I picked up a Bobbi Brown Art Stick in Cassis and I bet you’d love it. The formula is great for multitasking and it stays put and fades gracefully which are always my biggest fears when it comes to bold lips. Thanks for making my favorite channel of 2019! (Also thought I’d mention that I’ve discovered that Glossier’s cloud paint in storm is gorgeous on lips for a monochromatic look)
Its so nice to hear someone describing their own complexion in such a proud way. "Fair, peaches and cream complexion." In a time when light skinned people are deriding their own complexion and self tanning the crap out of it. Fair skin is beautiful in it's own way as tanned skin is.

Gosh the Chanel water fresh tint looks very well loved since the first video it came up in! I don’t really use bronzer but I might pick up the undone beauty bronzer stick it looks so easy to apply and blend.

Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer is my standout product for the year. Nothing has stayed so consistent in my beauty bag as that. Although the Bite lip stains are another favorite I consistently go back to. You are really tempting me with your lip picks, especially the OeO gloss!

I discovered the Guerlain Terracotta Light Radiance bronzer, the first bronzer to actually work on my fair skin. Shade 00 Light Cool has pink blush lightly laced throughout the bronzer that gives my skin a 2 day post sunburn effect, which looks natural on very fair skintones like mine as we don't tan, we burn and go back to white. I also discovered my love for eyeshadow sticks and my favorites are from By Terry! Lastly, my tinted balm love developed into a full blown addiction and I'm embarrassed to disclose how many I have...most of which are almost identical in color 😳😬

I discovered you accidentally last year, and boy what a pleasant surprise! Since then my makeup has evolved and I totally resonated with your nice jewy barely there on the skin approach. I'm a terracotta fan as well! I have been battling chronic pelvic pain pretty much the whole of last year, and sadly the journey continues this year too, but I'm really thankful to your videos. Wish I could suggest something for you Gabrielle but I haven't come across any channels like this! Hope you find the content you're looking for. (I know it's not the same, but luckily I often hear from viewers who have very different skin tones to me but still enjoy many of the same products and shades that I do 👍) x

I adore your channel! You inspired me to pursue a casual red lip with otherwise minimal makeup so I picked up a Bobbi Brown Art Stick in Cassis and I bet you’d love it. The formula is great for multitasking and it stays put and fades gracefully which are always my biggest fears when it comes to bold lips. Thanks for making my favorite channel of 2019! (Also thought I’d mention that I’ve discovered that Glossier’s cloud paint in storm is gorgeous on lips for a monochromatic look)

Gosh the Chanel water fresh tint looks very well loved since the first video it came up in! I don’t really use bronzer but I might pick up the undone beauty bronzer stick it looks so easy to apply and blend.

Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer is my standout product for the year. Nothing has stayed so consistent in my beauty bag as that. Although the Bite lip stains are another favorite I consistently go back to. You are really tempting me with your lip picks, especially the OeO gloss!

I'm looking fwd to seeing your BB Luxe Shine swatches so I can avoid the hoardes at Macys or Saks here in NYC!! I discovered the Guerlain Terracotta Light Radiance bronzer, the first bronzer to actually work on my fair skin. Shade 00 Light Cool has pink blush lightly laced throughout the bronzer that gives my skin a 2 day post sunburn effect, which looks natural on very fair skintones like mine as we don't tan, we burn and go back to white. I also discovered my love for eyeshadow sticks and my favorites are from By Terry! Lastly, my tinted balm love developed into a full blown addiction and I'm embarrassed to disclose how many I have...most of which are almost identical in color 😳😬
