I didnt even know the guy in college I just became a fan when everyone started trashing him, just wanted him to prove what a bunch of no knowledge mouthbreathers nfl fans are. Watched some tape and did some research and realized he ain't bad. Rooted for him all preseason and the whole season. Now ima giants fan just because of Danny dimes.

The oline is def part of the fumbling but also just a 22yr old kid trying too make plays for a young , rebuilding team . I can't explain how little I worry bout Jones so called fumbling problem. This kids super smart and with exp, fumbling will just simply not be a problem. This kids not gonna fumble his way outta the league for petesake. Smh

Remember 3000PY and 24TDs with 12 INT in 12 games as a rookie
Giving you a average of 250 YPG and 2 TDs and 1INT on a team that’s not built for him ( Eli’s team), next year if he just adds 50 more passing yards ( by using Barkley more in the passing game) and a TD to his game his looking at a 4800PY and 48TD second year, but I do believe he’ll still get 1 INT a game, but DJ can be a rockstar...... the Giants have to get him a Oline that can handle themselves and draft a 6plus speed WR to play with a year 2 slayton (draft Jerry Judy with the 4th pick) and let golden Tate Go, and use Evan and K smith more on 3rd down but I loved Watching these rookie, needs a offseason to learn the new play book (new coaching come in) and how to keep the ball when his about to get hit come back and put up a 4K 40TD 🤯 season now that would be amazing for football if the giants had a superstar QB to go along with there rockstar RB in Barkley...,,, The owner can’t F these up men

Looking back at Daniel Jones' rookie season, I noticed that he has immense talent. I would not give up on Daniel Jones as a possible franchise quarterback. His favorite receivers in 2019 were Sterling Shepard and Golden Tate. The offensive line in 2019 was much better than in 2021. People who have soured on Daniel Jones should watch this video.

We laughed on draft day... but man, Danny Dimes more than proved he belongs in the NFL. He fixes his fumbling and the Giants 110% have Eli’s successor. That Darius Slayton kid is pretty good too 😏
He’s been hated on for so long that he’s become the most underrated QB in the league. He’s really not that bad coming from someone who watches every game and sees every throw and snap.
Fumbling is the biggest thing but the other stuff like recognizing blitz getting rid of the ball quicker and some of the bad decisions will be fixed very quickly he can definitely be one of the best ever in the nfl and one of the best qbs in the league
i’ve been watching this kid since his first college start, he’s been putting in the work. giants can count on him, he’s never had the best receivers either. dj is amazing and hopefully gets more rings than brady 🤭

That kid made some dynamite throws, he threaded the needle. Pass long and accurate back foot fades and lasers over the middle. He probably made more crazy accurate throws in his rookie year than manning has in the last four.
In the rookie year turnovers don’t matter as much. It’s about the potential he showed. Keep in mind he had a better passer rating than aaron Rodgers and a better completion percentage than Tom Brady

The throws this guy can make are incredible. We got a good one on our hands, and it seems the front office want to make sure the OL is good enough to protect him and Barkley. We will be seeing an improvement from the 2019 season, whenever the 2020 season happens
We utilized some of our weapons way to late in the season! The Jones and Smith chemistry will be big in the future. Engram just needs to stay healthy and we have a good TE duo

If he didn't get injured and miss those 2 games, he would have easily broken the rookie record for most TD passes. He had a solid rookie year especially with all the injured offensive weapons and poor o-line. His stats are nearly identical with Tom Brady in rating, QBR, pass %, yards per reception and TD passes (but played far less games than Brady).
He was brought up but the same dude that worked both Manning’s. I watched him play at Duke and he was awesome. He even bounces on his toes like Peyton. One main difference, this kid can run if need be.
The giants have a very underrated offense. Tate is TOUGH. Shep is solid. Evan Engram. Possibly the best all around RB in the game in Saquon. Darius Slayton can BALL. now Andrew Thomas next to will Hernandez at OL. Danny dimes CRUSHED expectations as a rookie. This team just needs more help on defense and they’ll be in position to be successful!

I have to say that I was impressed with the kid. I think that the team needs to keep improving around him. I hope that they can pick up a receiver who can be that number one threat, while Slayton and Sheppard are great second and third options. And of course, that tackle position needs to be a priority. I was impressed with Jones' TD-Int ratio being so good in his rookie year, with such a subpar team to do it for him. Go blue!
This may be a premature guess but I wouldn't be surprised if this guy wins 2020 season MVP after Lamar and Mahomes surprised everyone in back to back years.

@@hotdogstandman Peyton Manning lead the league in interceptions. Troy Aikman performed like a legendary ineptitude. Eli Manning started his career 1-6. Favres first two years saw 37 TDs to 37 INTs. Jared Goff looked like a massive draft bust. It took a few years for Phil Simms to get his career on track statistically.
All of then lead their teams to the superbowl. Moral of the story? Rookies will be rookies. The fact you expect Jones to be this God of a QB is ridiculous.

borderline only concern is Murrays health as a factor because their oline is as bad if not worse than the giants, he has to run and escape more often however if Kyler stays healthy i have to take him as a giants fan just because of his mobility but seeing how many qbs were injured this year you have to love jones pocket passing ability he just needs to learn how to run safely in this league too, too many times he pushed it just hoping dbacks would not lay the wood on him. that being said you dont want jones or kyler to end up like luck, watson, newton, even wentz or mariota where they try and push running plays or extend and end up badely injured :/
