  • Hello again friends! In this episode of my life, I document two weeks of trying a new night routine with better sleep hygiene to determine where I'm going wrong, what works, and what really doesn't matter. I do a self-diagnosis of what I (and so many of us) are doing wrong and document step-by-step what I did to fix it. Take it from someone who is now sleeping soundly with a solid 7 1/2 hours each night - a few easy fixes and you'll be resting easy, too!

    I'm happy I found this channel, first off. Now I'm bingeing all the videos! I work an hour away from home in beautiful Chicago. So by the time I get home I am exhausted, but I can't rest because I have two children. I start my night time routine at 8pm. Gentle exercise, shower, emails, reading, then I do Sodoku or Solitare, and sometimes I watch a light hearted show or if my day was really stressful, I listen to the sleep meditation on UA-cam.

    Love this! I'm going to start incorporating night yoga in my routine. Seems like the perfect wind down for the mind and body.
