I have the same Vitamix that you do, I've had it for years, I love that thing so much! I have hypothyroid and have really struggled with adrenal issues for so long...I've just found out about how the carnivore diet helps with thyroid issues and adrenals. I didn't hear about it from any of my doctors, but rather doctors online.....you know, the doctors online that your own doctor tells you not to trust....I had to quit eating cheese and dairy years ago because it would hurt my stomach. But now that I've recently been eating steak, eggs and butter for meals every day for a few weeks, I tried whole fat yogurt and found that I could eat it without the pain! I'm so excited about that!. I haven't tried to eat cream cheese yet, I've been sticking to yogurt until I think I'm ready to branch out to other dairy products. When I do try cream cheese and if it doesn't hurt my stomach, these keto crepes are what i'm going to make!! TY For posting!! I hope you experience a full healing of your thyroid!!
So Awesome you discovered carnivore! I too experienced much the same when it comes to doctors! Not saying they’re all bad, but think about it… when do they even have the time to give proper care to patients anymore as you get 15 minutes w/them in office! Not to mention they weren’t Really schooled on nutrition! I was using a cane for 2 years till I found the carnivore community, gave it a try & in 2 months I was cane free. I now sprint & work out - not taking good health for granted! I thank the Carnivore Doctors for giving me my health back💪. In April, my family of 5 will become yearling carnivores as well👏🏻. Stay inspired my friend 👍 Take care & God Bless🫶🥩
Looks like a delicious meal, definitely going to give this a try. I bet bacon wrapped up inside those crepes would be delicious! Do you have a recipes page?
it'd be awesome if you could breakdown how many calories per crepes plz. i started the carnivor diet but im also counting my calories to lose weight. so far i lost 70lbs (pre-carnivore) and hopefully i can diversify my meals without gaining weight.
I like the recipe❤❤, but the moment you added the batter you have to move it around to make it thinner. My French relatives told me you have to move it around to be thinner. Crepes are not meant to be thicker. If you wait too long it makes it a bit harder to make it thinner. You know the old saying to each their own.
These are much better much thinner. I've been making g crepes all my life and now make them carnivore. And they are really overcooked. They should never be that browned or crisp. But if you like them that way they are yours and you need to enjoy your food the way you prefer it. Thanks for your video. ❤❤

Its not what I like ,its what comes out after making 7 at once time. I can't even eat this bc it makes me gain weight. I make these for my channel lol. Cooking and talking and taking pictures is a lot of skills at one time. I would like them all to be perfect but I have a 3 year old and limited Time to get things done.@@meatdog
Wow cream cheese and eggs and that's it? Interesting. Be honest - do they actually taste good? They LOOK like regular pancakes, but taste? Will try this out sometime. :)
They are plain, more like a tortilla for putting topping. I would add some stevia and vanilla for more of a pancake taste. The possibilities are endless
Man! Sometimes it's just THAT simple and staring us in the face lol I had this block of cream cheese in my fridge for a month and didn't know what to do with it ... tomorrow I'll make this for breakfast (which may be at lunch time lol)
You need to use a lid on the pan, then the top will set sooner and you can flip them without any spills. And so sorry to mention this, but it would be nice if you could look into the camera when yopu speak, it's really uncomfortable to watch someone talk who is looking somewhere else. Again, sorry, I don't mean to be mean, it's just a fact.
The cool thing about carnivore is there are different levels of it and it depends on what is working for you or not and what your goals are. Personally, I love me some cheese... but, I know when I go more strict carnivore, I'll have to cut that out (it's something I tend to have a 'meal' rather than a condiment, lol)... but it's all good and again, it depends on how strict you want to be ;)

Yeah but crepes have flour and gluten. That is helpful lol. I agree if it was a traditional crepe not a carnivore crepe
FABULOUS
Love this! Thank you!

I think they cook differently without flour and maybe I made them too thick but they def were not burned. Very delicious. Thanks for watching.

rib-eye steak ;-)
